'Had a lovely stay in Smugglers cottage despite the wet weather but were very comfortable to stay inside when needed . Great location to all the amenities on offer in Dartmouth. Apartment very well equipped and modern . Shower a little difficult to adjust but maybe due to water pressure ? Perhaps an electric shower might help ? Will certainly be back again 😊'

'We looked at so many different places to stay, this being our first time in Torquay. Boy did we pick the right spot. Breathtaking views, and despite being an older building, everything was in order. Spaceous apartment with everything we needed, fabulous sourroundings and amenities. The "Ocean view" bar was hard to leave... and the pool was in use every day by our kids. We would love to come back !'

'Lovely house. Lots of essentials you may need in the kitchen, lounge area. Washing machine, large fridge/freezer, cooker and hob very large TV, ample seating, all crockery, cutlery and utensils. Even games and toys for rainy days, along with a few essentials in the cupboards. The beautiful view from all principle rooms is to die for! Beds and beddings all very good. Bathrooms (lower floor and 1st floor with additional toilet on the 2nd flood) were clean and functional, the showers are amazing....

'We rented a one bed flat at Vomero apartments in July 2025 and found it to be a gem of a period property with outstanding views from the balcony overlooking Torbay. The town is accessible. Louise and Sean were considerate hosts with fantastic quality of service. Highly recommend. '

'This is an ideal place to relax and enjoy peace, quiet and a sea view. The site was well laid out and about 10 minutes drive to Salcombe. The lodge was very well-equipped, spacious and comfortable, with the benefit of a balcony facing the sea. The host was helpful and responsive. We enjoyed our stay and the accessibility to several beautiful places in the wider area which offer plenty to do and see.'

'This was absolutely the best family vacation we have had! Tracey and Neal were fantastic in meeting all our needs in a casual friendly manner. We had children and grandchildren coming from different countries, total of 11. The house is so beautiful and spacious and all the gathering areas near the pool, family room and outside made it so comfortable. The meals were exceptional and so generous. 'Excellent, comfortable and tastefully appointed beach house just a few metres from the picturesque Challaborough surf beach, Bigbury, Burgh Island and the great ocean walk. The little villages of South Devon were a delight, particularly close-by Ringmore with excellent eating at free house The Journeys End. '
