Walk to private Association Beach in Scorton Shores from this freshly updated home. First floor includes a open Kitchen/Living/Dining area with TV. Kitchen provides plenty of counter space to create memorable meals with four stools to gather around at the breakfast bar. Off of the dining area there is access to the large deck with a gas grill and outdoor dining table.

A newly designed Family Room with a large TV is the place to be for movie night. The Primary Bedroom with King and full Bath complete the main level, perfect for the family members who prefer some privacy. Three additional Bedrooms are in the lower level. Two twins in one room with TV and is connected by a sliding barn door where you will find the oh so fun bunk room for the kids. There are 2 bunk beds, twin over full. Also located on the lower level is a bedroom with a queen bed, cute bathroom with stall shower, and a washer/ dryer.

In addition to the large deck, there is a large front yard with a firepit where you can sit around and talk about your day! Outdoor rinsing station in the back of the house to shake off the sand and salt from the beach. Walk to the beach or drive and park in the private Association lot across from the boardwalk access.

To keep you cool the home has Central Air on the upper level with A/C splits cooling you on the lower.

Departure cleaning is included with your reservation at no additional charge. Simply follow our basic check-out instructions at your departure.

For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.
