'The toilet malfunctioned while I was out of my room. I did damaged the TOP of the toilet trying to see where the water was coming from. After changing my room, they charged my card without speaking with me. I was charged for damage I didn’t do. The manager and head of household weren’t concerned with what actually happened. I have video showing the damage I was responsible for.'

'Hotel turns out under renovation so they gave us breakfast voucher. Dirty silverware and funny tasting food, plus it’s not a restaurant but really the lobby. It was gross. Not a good experience on any level.'
