• Owners must remain compliant with HOA rental policies

• Only registered guests are allowed inside the community

✔ No Subletting
• Rentals must be directly booked through the property owner/host only

✔ Amenity Use
• Guests may use community amenities if properly registered

• A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your booking, covering up to $1,000 in accidental damage

• A $1,000 refundable security deposit, fully returned after your stay if no damage occurs
