Each of the 5 bedrooms in this home have been beautifully designed for comfort. The primary bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, seating area, dedicated workspace, AND an attached private balcony that overlooks the serene Poconos forest, along with a private ensuite bathroom.

The next two bedrooms also have one king bed in each, while the fourth bedroom has a queen bed & the fifth has a queen-over-queen bunk bed.

There are three and a half bathrooms in this home. Attached to the basement game room, there is a bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower only. On the main level there is a convenient half bathroom right off the kitchen. On the top level, the private master ensuite has two sinks, a toilet, walk-in shower, and separate soaking tub. The hallway bathroom on the top level has a sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo.

The modern kitchen is located right off of the main living areas, and is loaded with all new stainless steel appliances & a coffee station (including a Keurig & coffee pods).

This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.

Our home is situated within a gated community, and it is required for all guests to complete the Guest Registration and Lease Form. It’s a standard procedure aimed at enhancing safety for all residents and guests. Additionally, the HOA strictly enforces a 4-car limit per reservation, and once the reservation has started, cars cannot be switched, so please plan accordingly.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal."
