☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆
Enough bedrooms to host your entire family - and then some! You will find 5 bedrooms in this home; 2 on the top levels & one on the lower level. On the lower level, there is one queen & two twins (bunk). One full bathroom is shared by both on this lower level.

One floor above, there are two more bedrooms. The master on this level has one king bed and a smart TV, with an attached ensuite bathroom and direct access to the game room. The other bedroom on this floor has two twin beds (bunk) and access to a full bathroom off of the hallway.

The top floor has two more bedrooms and one more full shared bathroom. One of the bedrooms has one king, while the other has one queen. Of course, all bedrooms have stunning views of the surrounding forest!

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆
All four bathrooms in this home have been completely remodeled to match the modern standard of the rest of the home. The one full bathroom on the lower level is shared by the two bedrooms, and is equipped with a walk-in shower only. On the second level, both the master ensuite and the hallway bathroom have walk-in showers. The top floor bathroom is shared between the two bedrooms and also has a big walk-in shower.

The completely redesigned kitchen and dining space is open to the rest of the home. With stunning, high vaulted ceilings, skylights, and easy access to the rest of the main living areas, this is where you and your family will want to spend all of your time! This is the ideal place for large gatherings, with a brand new kitchen, equipped with modern, stainless steel appliances (+ a coffee station, including a Keurig and coffee pods) and enough dining to accommodate 10 (plus additional dining on the lower level).

This house is so big that you will have your choice of two separate living rooms! The main living room on the second level is open to the kitchen and dining room (also with direct access to the game rooms & back deck). This room sits under lofty skylights, a wood burning fireplace, and a 65 inch smart TV.

Down on the bottom floor is the second living room. This is a more cozy, intimate space, with a comfy sofa and additional dining at the high top bar seating. Enjoy movie nights or gaming events on the 60 inch smart TV down here with all of your family and friends!

All of the games! We really loaded the bonus rooms with all the entertainment you could imagine. One room right off of the main living area on the second level is dedicated just to a pool table, with a wall of windows that provides AMAZING views of the surrounding trees and forest! The connecting room is full of much more, including foosball, pop-a-shot, arcade games (Pac-Man & Mortal Kombat) and additional high top bar seating. More walls of windows carry through to this room - the views just don't stop!

☆☆ OUTDOOR SPACE ☆☆
The back deck is filled with all of the amenities you could ask for in the Poconos; comfy seating, fire pit (propane), grill, outdoor dining, and just below the deck you will have access to the private hot tub, hidden between the house and tons of trees, keeping this space as intimate and private for you as possible!

Pet Fee: $50 per pet per night, maximum of 4 pets (vaccination records required).

This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.

Our home is situated within a gated community, and it is required for all guests to complete the Guest Registration and Lease Form. It’s a standard procedure aimed at enhancing safety for all residents and guests. Additionally, the HOA strictly enforces a 4-car limit per reservation, and once the reservation has started, cars cannot be switched, so please plan accordingly.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.
