Located just a walking distance to community pool and sports amenities; surrounding area is packed with activities, most are a short drive away.

Beautiful, NEWLY RENOVATED 2 story modern farmhouse with 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, private outside hot tub, outdoor fire pit, outside deck with grill and lounge area and so much more!

The house is HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE - we have a ramp for guests in the wheelchairs to get into the house. Kitchen, dining and living room as well as Landry, bedroom and bathroom are all on the first floor.

We spent a lot of time renovating this home and making it a real treat for those who love family & friends getaways as much as we do!
We, ourselves, spend a lot of time up there in Poconos so we tried making it like home away from home!

There's plenty of things to do like

- Outside furnished lounge areas

The house is equipped with fun electronics like USB outlets, wireless chargers in each bedroom, fan with bluetooth speaker in the bathroom, sound bar and more!

We equip this house with:
* Coffee machine & hot water kettle
* Fully stocked kitchen (dishes, spices, etc)
* Basic cleaning supplies (under the kitchen sink)
* Bed sheets
* Towels
* Hygiene supplies
* Disposable toothbrush and toothpaste sets for all guests
* Laundry room with detergent, iron
* Blow dryer

During the summer season, guests are welcome to use community amenities:
* Outdoor Pool
* Lake with Beach Access
* Volleyball Court
* BasketBall Court
* Tennis Court
* Soccer Field
***Please note: badges are provided so you can access the amenities listed above. ALL badges must be returned before check-out. If badges are lost or stolen, the fee of $60 will be deducted from your security deposit for each missing badge.

Please note - the house is located in a gated community. If you need to get a cab or food delivery - you would need to notify the hosts.

Maxim occupancy is 10 guests. Violating the rule will cause of deducting $100 per day per guest of the security deposit!

**Please note - guests are responsible for any damage that occurs during the stay or any items missing after the check-out. So it is guests' responsibility ro report any missing or damages items upon arrival.

SMOKING IS ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED INSIDE OF THE HOUSE. ANY EVIDENCE OF SMOKING WILL CAUSE OF $500 DEDUCTION FRFOM THE SECURITY DEPOSIT.
