My property is set up for families with children, but can accommodate 6 adults comfortably. Conveniently located 1 hour and 40 minutes from NYC. Whether you are coming to the Poconos to relax with family/friends or take in the popular nearby attractions, this is the property to book.

The living room offers an extremely comfortable power-recliner sectional with seating for 6, perfectly situated in front of a wood fireplace and a 55 inch tv that is pre-loaded with Netflix and Disney + to stream at your convenience.

Kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances. Refrigerator, dishwasher, electric stove, oven, microwave, cups, plates, silverware, toaster, and a blender. Mini Keurig is also available to use to enjoy your favorite K-cups.

The master bedroom has a comfortable King bed and private covered balcony where you'll find a 4-person hot tub that overlooks the backyard. There is also a workplace with desk, chair, and work light.

Loft area is equipped with a futon and a variety of family friendly board games. On the wall is a mounted Pac-man arcade, magnetic darts, deer pong, and a 55 inch Tv to enjoy.

In the summer months, enjoy the weather rain/shine on the partially covered outdoor deck equipped with a patio furniture. The deck lights can be turned on to set the perfect mood throughout the night. Citronella candles are avaliable to help guest keep mosquitoes at bay. In the backyard, six chairs surround a fire pit with a perfect view of the stars. Mosquito repellent is recommended. Firewood is not provided.

The Winter months are an absolute delight. The property is equipped with a pellet stove that keeps guest and the entire house warm and cozy, even when the Pocono weather drops to single digits. Hit the back yard and build a snowman or enjoy a fire with the family.
