Melrose Mountain Retreat is located within the exclusive, amenity-rich Penn Estates community. To help everyone enjoy a peaceful and welcoming environment, please review the following community guidelines:
✅ Guest Registration is Required – All guests must be registered before arrival.
A $50 late registration fee applies to bookings made within 48 hours of check-in.
🚗 Parking – Driveway parking only. Street parking is strictly prohibited.
🔇 Quiet Hours – 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum and be respectful of neighbors.
🏊♂️ Amenities Access – Guests may enjoy the community pool, splash pad, lake, tennis courts, and more for $10 per person (maximum of 8 guests).
No fee is required if you do not plan to use the amenities. Availability may vary by season.
