Host fairly quick on responses; place/location decent; observations/suggestions from our stay: Not enough living room furniture (6 people, 4 spots if 3 squished on couch), dining table chairs exceptionally uncomfortable (and only 4 available for 6 people), no kitchen towels or dish cloths, refrigerator dirty; also don’t remember the description mentioning coffee pot type, which could also use a cleaning; dishwasher did not work and washed all dishes (including the dirty ones already there) by hand w/borrowed cloths as none available at the house; very few utensils, again not enough, and also plates, cups, etc very few; no bowls for mixing salad (large serving bowl) or mixing bowl to whip up scrambled eggs, etc; oven took very long to heat up and was not level; freezer/fridge turned so high that everything froze in drawers in fridge (didn’t think to look at that until too late); no bath wash cloths; no shovel available in winter; no curtain in upstairs bedroom and window seal very dirty; no hangers in front cleaning closet and not enough hooks for winter coats (coat rack by front door very unstable); no storage in bedrooms, (except a “closet” area in upstairs w/air conditioner, fans, and a couple beach towels thrown in); only tiny rug in entry so very slippery when walking in; not aware that this is a part of a duplex, which all in all was fine, but not aware of until arrived
