'OK Lodge is just a name; what is is is a (nicely) extended and converted terraced house opposite a park; so now a few studio flats, with some common areas. Modern and clean but a couple of issues - like oven not even wired in; no table to eat off; and also whilst we booked for 3 adults and was confirmed; they called to say max was 2 adults & a child and would not refund the extra £50 for the 3rd adult (who couldn't now come of course) and I had to go through Expedia to get resolved. 'The service was nice, especially being able to check out at anytime. I missed the option to get breakfast though, a lot of shops were closed until 10 AM and the hotel itself doesn't serve breakfast. Another thing is that the WiFi doesn't reach to the second floor. Other than this it was a nice stay though and for the price this was to be expected'

'Prijs kwaliteit verhouding een 10! Kamer was okay, matras slecht, verder wel schoon. Lift was vies. ‘‘s nachts ging alarm af, dat was schrikken. Mooi uitzicht uit hotelraam. Goed ontbijt. Aardige mensen die het hotel runnen! Voelde me ook weer echt in Engeland!'

'Some of the basics were not provided on our stay so really wasn't worth the money. Communication - didn't receive the check-in details by email as instructions said. The day before the stay I tried to contact the host multiple ways, including Hotels.com support x 2, with no luck. Eventually on the day of the stay I was told I would get the information at 12pm. At around 1pm I had not received the information so chased again. Was finally given the information at 2pm but was rudely told that...
