'Een zeer mooi hotel, jammer dat de geluidsisolatie zo slecht is. Ondanks mijn kamer op de vijfde verdieping, werd ik ‘s nachts wakker van de trucks die het vuilnis ophalen en het bier leveren voor de volgende dag/nacht. Dit duurde telkens van 3 tot 5 uur.'

'Overall the room was nice. Small for a one bedroom suite and a few minor issues (things not working). Large stains on carpet in hallway. My biggest issue was the staff. The valet gentlemen were nice but the front desk clerks were rude. No exceptions for early arrival and late departure. My special needs son had a medical appointment that ran over and we needed a few extra minutes to check out. We had already contacted someone there and was told no problem we could stay until 12:30. 'Very nice hotel that is centrally located. Close to the MFA, restaurants and shops. Enjoyed the rooftop gym. Staff was extremely courteous. There’s a mandatory food fee - it seems like more hotels are going that route these days.'
