'We stayed 2 nights, Thursday and Friday, they never came in after first day to make up bed, check garbage’s, or check towels. My wife went and got some clean towels at the front desk. Rest stay was real good,'

'The room was dirty. It was a handicapped accessible room that was in such disrepair it was unsafe. Tiles missing around the drain. A large panel in the wall next to the toilet was poorly secured and partially open. The sink drain under the counter had brown goo around it and sprayed on the wall. There was a low countertop area that was broken and would have easily cut someone. There was hair in every corner of the bathroom. The room smelled funky. The bathroom door around the latch was...
