'Always enjoy our stay at the GW Hotel. We were upgraded to a Junior Suite with a jacuzzi tub — an added bonus! It is conveniently located just a short walk to the pedestrian only downtown shops and restaurants. We will surely return when we are in the area.'

'I expected a rough but genuine attempt at a Bavarian style getaway for our wedding anniversary, but was impressed to find it very much exceeded expectations. Our waiter for dinner(Robert) was amazing and made sure everything was absolutely perfect. We will definitely be returning! '

'Check In staff needs some training in being customer friendly. The lady could not deal with us (after a long drive). I asked to lower the credit card deposit (USD 150) as this blocking would reduce may CC-usage. De-blocking takes often more than a week! Reaction was unfriendly.'

'What a beautiful experience. The suite was very nice, clean and comfortable. The owner reached out to offer his help in locating hiking trails and for whatever I needed. I didn’t take him up on the offer but it was greatly appreciated. I’d recommend anyone visiting the area to stay there. '
