Romantische hotels in Eastern Panhandle

'This is a convenient place to stop off if you've been visiting the Blue Ridge Mountains and Shenandoah National Park. It's out of town slightly, so you would have to drive if you were looking for somewhere else to eat. The restaurant was an unremarkable diner with average food - definitely not a destination - but the staff were friendly. '

'The beauty of the property to begin with. Old world charm but modernized without detracting from the original character. The grand mailbox, each floor having a mailbox which directly connects with and is fed by gravity to the “grand” collection box on the ground floor! Beautiful! The basement pool is a spectacle to behold! The beauty along with the perfect water temperature provided a perfect ending to our evening!'

'Staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. Staid in the Green Building and was super clean. Ordered room service for breakfast and was very good. Only advise this time of year check the Stores and Restaurants in town for days they are open. Most are closed certain days. Suggest eating in the Country Inn Restaurant.'

'Check In staff needs some training in being customer friendly. The lady could not deal with us (after a long drive). I asked to lower the credit card deposit (USD 150) as this blocking would reduce may CC-usage. De-blocking takes often more than a week! Reaction was unfriendly.'
