'When arriving at 3pm I was quite disrespectfully told to go away and come back at 4, the original incheck time. Because signing wasn’t clear I just wanted to know at that point if that was where check in was, because the name mentioned was not Sierra House.
Returned at 4 pm and a different lady gave me the room keys and directions and informed me that I had been upgraded. She was very kind. But the room had not been cleaned, so back to the lobby again. She apologized and gave me another room...

'We did not receive an email with check-in instructions, such as the room information and access codes, in advance, so I had to contact the property. It would have been helpful if they had sent us a property map beforehand. We had to visit several buildings to find ours.
Fortunately, the phone number was not an automated system, and a staff member answered right away and provided the room information. However, I still never received the email.
Other than that, everything was good. The unit was...

'The lady at the check in was super friendly, but the accommodation - which was nice in the basis - was old, we had ants in the bathroom, and the bed was not good. Too bad because, again, in the basis this is a nice resort and the people were really friendly and hospitable '

'From the booking to the check out, the entire process was seamless. The host provided such organized and thorough instructions regarding the parking garage access, the key cards, and even insights on local spots to try out. The home was clean, and had all the necessary amenities that our family needed. We stayed here for several nights and our little ones enjoyed their time so much. The host was incredibly easy to communicate with & very friendly. Would absolutely recommend this gem for anyone...

No waste.
