Niet alle faciliteiten open:zwembad bar dicht, groot terras met mooi uitzicht dicht, alleen ontbijt en de keuken de rest van de dag dicht . Geen matrassen op de zwembad bedden. Oude meubels op balkon. Achterstallig onderhoud van hotel. Geen airport shuttle, wel taxi geregeld (tegen betaling) door hotel.'
'Er viel niets te doen dan alleen zwemmen. Geen activiteiten voor de bezoekers. De receptionisten en diner staff inclusief taxi chauffeur waren geweldig.'
'The grounds are beautiful but the entire facility is not maintained at all . Not one aspect of this place has any modern amenities . We can excuse poor WiFi and weather related problems , but from staff to its so called all inclusive package . Assistance or food was non existent . The rooms are seriously antiquated , besides breakfast no other services exist . The communal areas have no fans and it’s serious mosquitos attacking . The fixtures are outdated , the bath soap was in some mini bottles...
'I loved staying at the Blue Haven Hotel! I plan to return soon. Marilyn, Carl, and the hotel staff were warm and inviting and made me feel right at home. The restaurant quality and service was excellent--hats off to the chef. Try the Tobagonian Breakfast and the local catch of the day for dinner. The quiet Bacolet Bay beach provided a beautiful background for relaxing and cooling off in the ocean. The oceanfront room allowed me to fall asleep to the sound of waves every night. Highly recommend...
