We were pleasantly surprised to find thoughtful birthday decorations in our room upon arrival, thanks to the wonderful staff. 'I liked having a pool and it was located across the street from The Magdalena Grand Golf Course and Hotel where my family was staying. 'The airco was most of the week not working in our room and therefore it was really to hot on the hotel room. We asked for this services, but it was not done. The buffet for lunch and diner was closed because the hotelmanagement decided that there were not enough guests in the hotel to prepare lunch and diner buffet. I think this was not a guest-friendly decision. We could only use the fine dining restaurant which we did for 1 night. The food there was low quality and extremely high price, so...
