K3's hospitality was amazing and she deserves a big raise for how well she treats visitors and attending to every need while visiting. 'We arrived at 1 pm and was told we couldnt check in until 2 even though our room was ready, however if i would pay the guy at the desk $45 i could check in then! Everything was so dirty including the pool woth food floating in it, I have pucs of the pool of u want to see them! 'The stay started off rocky because the pool was closed the hotel had construction that we were not made aware of and it caused the pool & hot tub to be shut down!
