Over rated and over priced
Bedding and couches had a definite odor. The cable TV had a unwatchable basic channels. The furniture is dated. Property managers need to be more informative in advertising 85 Boreen rd. Overall this was a ripoff.

Classic Cape Cottage
Cranberry Comfort is a classic mid-century beach cottage with many recent updates. Super clean with all the necessities, comfy beds, cute linens and a great location. It’s just a few minutes walk down a private lane to the beach. We love bayside beaches for swimming high tide and beach combing at low tide. This would be a great spot for families with kids. The management company was responsive and easy to work with.

Clean and convenient
Would recommend staying here. Very clean and quiet settled in a nice camp like neighborhood with a lot of trees. Walking distance to beach and very convenient to ocean side and bay side.

The home was very clean and the location is great. It is just a short walk down a beautiful path to the private beach on the bay. The beach is huge when the tide is out-which was perfect for walking the dog. Communication with the property manager was clear and professional. It was great for a short get away on the Cape.

My family and I had an amazing time on the cape but spent most of the time away from the property. While the rental was clean there were a few important things we wish we had known before renting. One being that the water pressure was nearly nonexistent. Showering was a chore as the trickle was barley enough to wash the soap off. Another downfall was the longer than pictured walk to the beach. While basic the home had all of the things we needed, although some of the blankets didn’t seem fresh. For the price of the rental we expected a bit more. The hosts were very attentive with responding. Not sure if we’d book again.

There was a part on the water pump that needed to be replaced and the water is now running smoothly. We would have been happy to refresh any linens as well! It sounds like you may have used the path down Martha Ave! There is a small path directly at the end of Boreen that leads right down to the beach staircase - a quick 5 minute walk!! I'm happy to hear that overall, your family enjoyed their stay. We have a number of homes and would love the opportunity to host you again and earn your full 5-stars!

Private and Peaceful Beach Getaway
Our family was pleasantly surprised with this property. Everything we needed was provided for us and it was so clean! We felt it was our home for a week. The property is settled on a quiet street and so close to the private beach. IT’s centrally located to everything. We would rent it again!

Great stay!
Had a great stay - very clean property. Everything you need. Added bonus of being able to bring the dogs! There was a storm and we lost power but Del Mar was VERY quick to fix any issues.

AMAZING
Perfect vacation. The property managers could not be better. They went way beyond what we expected. Location was fabulous. Private beach just a short walk down the road. No traffic. Private. House was great, well maintained, no lack of amenities. We were happy. Dogs were happy. It was hard to leave. Will definitely stay here again.

Long Family Weekend
Cute cottage with short walk to beautiful bay beach. Air conditioning and linens were a plus! Walls are a bit thin so its not a property for late nights and parties, but it was perfect for a get together with my siblings. Great location!!

Great weekend getaway
We took a long weekend for my wife's birthday and our first significant time away home for our toddlers and first time away since COVID. The house was clean, comfortable, and was in a great location. It was as short walk to the beach and was a very comfortable experience. For our toddlers' first trip to the beach, it was definitely a better experience than we hoped for.

Quaint house
The house was very clean and a great location. A little cozy for 6 people. Be prepared to spend a lot of time outside if you have a full group. Access to beautiful beach.

Classic Cape Cottage
A perfect fall getaway. Clean, quiet, and relaxing. A classic Cape cottage with everything we needed. Close to the beach and easy enough to get on the rail trail.
