Particulier dock. Een slaapkamer slaapbank (tweepersoonsbed) en een stoel (twin bed). Beide zijn zeer comfortabel. Gezellig huisje aangewezen Port Side, dat ligt direct aan de rand van het water van de Town Cove. Het is een charmante waterfront vakantie plek die meer dan comfortabel is met zijn huidige plattegrond die geschikt is voor twee tot vijf personen. Neem je kano of kajak en ga naar de zonsondergang vanuit je eigen achtertuin. Op slechts 20 voet afstand van Town Cove, waar u kunt, boot en zonnebaden op het dek, privégazon of gemeenschapsdok. Geniet van prachtig, uitgestrekt uitzicht op het water van de stadshut van dit rustige, afgelegen huisje. Mooie zonsopgangen en zonsondergangen direct vanuit je eigen deur, slaapkamer en tochtportaal.

De grote slaapkamer biedt uitzicht op de baai. Deze slaapkamer heeft een nieuwe full size matras, kleine kast, en twee bureaus. De gezellige afgesloten veranda kan worden omgebouwd tot een privéslaapkamer voor één persoon met een extra grote stoel die wordt omgezet in een tweepersoonsbed. Schappen, laden en haken om kleding op te slaan.

Keuken heeft een gas bereik en is volledig gevuld met magnetron, broodrooster oven, broodrooster, blender, pannen, potten, borden, bestek en opslagcontainers. Venster over de wastafel kijkt uit over de cove en de picknicktafel en gasgrill.

Woonkamer heeft een LCD 32 inch kleurentelevisie met dvd-speler en satelliet-tv. Breedband internet. Telefoon. Goede mobiele telefoon receptie. Couch converteert naar een zeer comfortabel tweepersoonsbed zonder bar!

Badkamer heeft een full size bad met douche. Moderne waterverwarmer ontworpen om nooit zonder warm water te komen. Stadswater.

Of u nu op zoek bent naar die picknick voor zomerdagen of een plek voor dat romantische diner, ontspannen in de stad of in de zonsondergang ... zo veel schoonheid in openlucht wachten om ontdekt te worden en u kunt het allemaal ervaren in uw comfortabele Adirondack Stoelen aan de waterkant. Minder dan een mijl en 5 minuten van Orleans voorzieningen (winkels, restaurants, antiquing, theater, enz.) En handig om de stranden van Eastham Bay en de National Seashore aan de Atlantische Oceaan.

Alle activiteiten die de Kaap beroemd zijn, zijn enkele minuten verwijderd. Nachtstrand, Nauset Light, Coast Guard en Cape Cod Bay stranden, vers en zout water zwemmen en vissen, walvissen, Audubon Society Wildlife Refuge, natuurwandelingen, Cape Cod Rail Trail voor lange fietstochten, golfen, honkbal spelletjes, musea, Theater, kunstvoorstellingen, bioscopen, antiekwinkels, restaurants, cafes en winkels. Historische Provincetown en schilderachtige Chatham zijn binnen een korte rit.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at this peaceful hideaway tucked right by Town Cove in Eastham. The setting was calm and scenic, perfect for slow mornings with a view and easy access to the best of Cape Cod—including Coast Guard Beach, Nauset Beach, and local trails. The space was spotless, private, and thoughtfully equipped, with seamless keypad entry, WiFi.. Whether we were relaxing by the water or exploring nearby Orleans and the National Seashore, this stay offered everything we hoped for. A perfect romantic retreat—we’d absolutely come back!

The cottage is exactly as described in the listing and in the pictures. It’s an adorable little Cape Cod cottage on the cove. 500 square feet is big enough for 4-5 people. The bathroom was surprisingly larger than expected! small kitchen but that along with the outdoor grill provides enough for cooking daily meals. If you are looking to cook a large meal I would suggest bringing larger pots/pans as there are limited supplies given the size of the place. The small beach and dock are public but private. No one was there during our stay. The cottage is off route 6 but down a private cul de sac with beautiful homes around it. We fished off the dock and made a fire at night in the fire pit. The cottage is in close proximity to many cape cod beaches, salt ponds and only a 40 minute drive to PTown.Overall the place is just adorable and so peaceful. We will definitely be back!!

Loved the location. But there was no hair dryer or microwave as listed. When brought to the property manager’s attention the reply stated that the microwave died during the previous rental and said, “Use the toaster oven.” We got the impression that they really didn’t care. Bathroom also had an odor that does not go away even with extra cleaning.

The pictures of this house make it look like a cute place in a great setting, but that's NOT quite accurate. All the pictures are dated...which we can tell by the colors of the cabinets in the kitchen. The painting of the house was sloppy and peeling. The setting is nice and the house has potential, but it is in dire need of maintenance, including professional painting, and carpentry and general upkeep. There was peeling paint both inside and out. There was also a mature bee hive on the patio overhang, which made the patio unusable. Had the property been properly maintained, it would not have been there. Our booking was for 2 guests, however, the owner assumed that we'd only need one set of sheets and blamed it on the cleaning staff for not leaving extras. (Two guest doesn't mean they share a bed.) We notified him at check-in, but he did not provide another set and instead asked us to take time away from our vacation and buy some at TJ Maxx. We did this, and then he complained about buying another set since he had additional sets in the locked attic. The only bedding we found were pillows (without covers) and a soiled blanket. Otherwise the house is well appointed (aside from extra sheets). The

Wonderful stay! Comfy cute cabin on the cove. A few suggestions: Provide a pot large enough for a few ears of corn, or a few lobsters. Figure out how to keep bugs out, we were badly bitten. Other than that, great stay! Figure

Would book again. Jackey's place is the quintessential Cape Cod cottage with a beautiful view and setting. Close enough to where you want to go on the Cape as well.

My husband and I stayed here for our 25th anniversary trip. The cottage met all our needs! We always prefer to have a kitchen so that we have the option of meals in. Being right on the water afforded us with gorgeous sunrises each morning. The convenience of the location on Rte 6 made it easy to get to Provincetown or any other nearby town. The cottage is tucked away enough from the road that it was very quiet, and very little road noise can be heard. A 5 minute drive to the Salt Pond visitor center and Coast Guard beach, Nauset Light beach, etc. on the outer cape and more beaches on the bay side (First Encounter). We hope to be back some day.

Perfect for what we needed for two adults and one 14 y.o. Right on the water with beautiful views. Kitchen has pretty much everything you need, including paper towels and sandwich bags, etc), although I wish it had a lobster pot. Nice sized bathroom (also tissues and toilet paper included ) It is off of a busy street, so getting in and out of the driveway is a bit tricky during heavy traffic times. Would definitely stay again.

Our family enjoyed our stay on the bay. It was sunny and beautiful while we were there so this enhanced the experience. We were able to get a fire going in the fire pt and that was enjoyable for our family. The parking space was nice.

our stay was short, just two days but the house was a perfect spot for myself, my wife and 2 young children. We used the houses location to explore the cape and take in some cape cod baseball games. The cove behind the house was beautiful to sit and relax during our down time at the house. Overall great stay.

Wasn’t clean at all. I informed the property owner who then said she informed her cleaner. I really just wanted an apology but all I got was an “I’m sorry you feel it wasn’t cleaned”. Even though I sent a bunch of pictures… the beds had dirt and sand on top of the mattress pad, the couches had sand and crumbs all in the crevices, there was crumbles all over the shelves where the toaster was and the floors were also dirty. It’s the kind of place though that if it was nice and cleaned I would of definitely stayed there again.

We stayed one night of a four-day break in this place and had to move due to the overwhelming smell of urine. The property is tired and the furniture looks and smells as though it has been reclaimed from the roadside, with a filthy urine-soaked sofa bed and a rusty fridge. We are a family of four intending to use the sofa bed, so we had to sleep with one of our children in the stroller. We advised the owner of this and we were pointed to a second sofa bed on the porch, but I sat on this for five minutes and ended up covered in bites. We made the booking in March and were asked to bring our own linens. We explained this was not a problem as we were being particularly Covid safe due to having two babies and would be staying as part of a road trip. It would have been helpful if the owner had mentioned that this time that the property was not suitable for families and only had one usable bed. This stay was part of my big 40th birthday celebration and the first time since Covid that we were travelling with our children, and we were very much looking forward to it. We stayed at several rental properties on our trip, and having rented my own property out before, I am more than aware of what is acceptable. This property is not habitable. The owner has left me a negative review as a guest, which is inaccurate, as we have paid in full for a property that we have not stayed in, including a cleaning charge which is laughable. We didn’t even unpack as the thought of our clothes picking up the odour is not worth thinking about. I have absolutely nothing to gain from exaggerating the condition of this property, as having to find alternative accommodation in the peak of summer in Cape Cod with two babies is the absolute last thing we would have chosen to do. We moved to the Four Points by Sheraton down the road, which was the same price but is closer to places to eat, shops, et cetera. I recommend this as an alternative instead of wasting any time on this place, as we did wasting a full day of our holiday waiting for the caretaker and searching for alternative accommodation. While this property looks kitsch on photos, it smells and feels as though vagrants have been living there. I am in absolute shock that previous guests have not mentioned this on their reviews. We tried to air the place out with doors and windows open for two hours before even notifying the owner, but it was so bad that it actually took our breath away. We would have left the

This was a super cute beach cottage! We have been to the Cape several times and I can honestly say this was the best stay we had. The cottage is right on the water with amazing views. My son really enjoyed walking to the water and the dock. We were able to cook several meals and save a ton of money on dining. Easy access to beaches and shopping. We will definitely be back. If you ever decide to sell this cottage, we would definitely be interested!
