'Fabulous hotel. The food was first class, the staff were friendly and the service was excellent. We stayed in one of the cottages. everything was excellent, clean and comfortable, all the facilities you would except were available. If I am being pedantic, the decor in the cottage was dated compared to the main hotel, but some may love the styling.

'Overall a very pleasant stay, it was a very hot day so the room was hot but it did have portable fan. Welcome and service by the staff was excellent.
The main entrance door has a strong spring on it so very noisy when people allowed it to slam shut.
Will stay again and try a cottage. '

'We booked this property late on Saturday evening as we had a late confirmation on a job to go to locally, we didn`t get confirmation of the job till just before 7pm and then had to drive from Kidderminster, the receptionist stayed on an extra hour to greet us and check us in, absolutely fantastic service.'

Such an awesome, cosy and quaint motel to stay. The breakfast made to order, warm and delicious was an unexpected treat. The waiting/counter staff were wonderful and friendly. Made our 1 night stay simply great and wish for a B&B experience a great one indeed. Room was huge and bathroom so clean. Water pressure was like a waterfall - another welcomed surprise. Thanks!!'

The staff were very helpful too.
We didn't eat there on our stay, but returned a few days later to collect my husbands hoody, left in the room, and had tea there which was lovely.

When we needed to go to the airport by taxi. It appeared to be quite difficult to get a taxi and the lady behind the bar went through a great stretch to make sure we got a taxi to arrive just in time to get our flight.'

"The service from the staff was very good: friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good, a lot to choose from. The room was a bit small for a familyroom in a hotel with 4 stars. Also warm. The parking was in the weekend full so we had to spend 28 pound for a parkingticket."
