'We loved the room, and the view, and the proximity to the river and GAB. The construction all around was odious, but certainly not the fault of the hotel. Oddly, the bathroom did not have a exhaust fan ~ but it was BIG, and that is so nice! I am so tired of bathrooms with the same dimensions as my broom closet at home! the entire living space was wonderfully expansive>>>lots of room for our stuff, lounging around. King beds are a must, and this one was pretty comfortable~!'

'The front desk was nice and helpful her name is Brittany. The managers can use a little finesse when dealing with guests sometimes they can come off a little strong I guess it’s just a personality but if your working as a customer manager you should adjust your attitude to be more a little friendly and not come off as a bit abrasive.'

'There was no parking available at the hotel so we had to park in the hospital lot. We still were charged $10. When I am paying over $200 for a night, I would think self parking would be free. Or at least have enough parking.'

'The room was not fully clean, hear in the pillows, the shower was not clean as there were multiple hears in the tub and on the towels. The breakfast was pretty much just donuts, some muffins and synthetic waffles. No wounder is included. At check-in the service was also lacking, not really helpful. I guess you can't ask much for the price.'
