'This location was nearby the sea and the famous Boardwalk. Our family of 6 with 4 teenagers enjoyed the house and it was nice to sit and have dinner on the balcony in the front or at the backside of the house. The house was well equiped and there was a Washing machine and dryer available. We had a wondeful time and would definitely recommend staying at this house in Santa Cruz. '

'We loved our stay at this lovely home in Santa Cruz. We were initially going to be a party of seven, but last minute cancellations brought us down to four. The home is as described, only better! Beautiful views out the back and within walking distance to the beach, boardwalk and coffee shop. The home had all the amenities we needed and was spotless. We all slept great in the comfortable beds. I highly recommend this VRBO!'

'This place is simple, clean, and reasonably priced for the location. Good bed, firm but not hard. I like the old-fashioned aesthetic. We checked in and out without face-to-face contact with staff, which was fine. We had all we needed. Downsides, minor: The shower dial was missing so it was a bit hard to adjust the temp (cold, very hot, small area of happy medium, no place to run in tiny shower stall!) Lights just outside windows are very bright. Blinds on both windows, curtain on one took care...
