The accommodation
The accommodation of approximately 100 m² includes three bedrooms, three shower rooms, a living room kitchen and a terrace with a view of the garden.
On the first floor, a double bedroom of 15 m2, with full bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, which can accommodate 2 people in single beds or double beds, TV, in rc with direct access to the outside on the terrace.

On the first floor, a large living room with a TV kitchen open to the outside and the terrace benefiting from a modern fully equipped kitchen with a full shower room equipped with shower, sink, toilet for the two potential occupants of the sofa bed.

Upstairs, a quadruple bedroom of 15 and 13 m2, TV, with full shower room equipped with shower, sink, toilet. It can accommodate 4 people in single beds and double beds type BZ.

The kitchen is modern, fully equipped: dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge, freezer.

Small animals (less than 10kg) are accepted provided that they are kept on a leash in the common areas of the residence and that they are silent and non-aggressive in order to respect other residents.

Towels and bed linen must be brought by the tenant, or can be rented for the sum of 20 euros per person, to be paid on site by credit card or cash. The sheet/towel pack per person includes 1 flat sheet, 1 duvet cover or flat sheet, 1 pillowcase, 1 small bath towel, 1 large bath towel. This accommodations are perfect for couples, families and groups of up to 8 people.

A water and energy package of 5 euros per day is included. Beyond that, consumption is billed at 0.5 euros/day + 0.25 euros/Kwh and a water package of 3 euros/day will be paid at the end of the stay after reading the meters.

The accommodation must be left clean. Fridge emptied, dishes clean... Otherwise, an additional 140 euros will be requested.

Supplements for sheets, towels, water and energy are not calculated in the total amount of the reservation on the site and must be paid separately directly on site.
