'The Best Western Zima Hotel was the best hotel on our journey!! Thanks to the staff, the manager Rico and Santiago, we felt really at home and welcome. They made extra efforts to help us with everything we needed. Our visacard didn't work the first day, everybody was so kind and they really helped us!! Also everybody from the staff made extra efforts to care and help us with any question or wish we had!! And everything with a big smile!! '

'My family and I stayed here for 6 nights and had the most amazing time! The property is absolutely gorgeous, peaceful, and just the right amount of isolation in the mountains. The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating, always checking to make sure you're having a great time. The excursions were fantastic, we highly recommend the white water rafting! I took my 6 year old daughter on it, and felt very safe with the expertise of our guides. If you are looking for a true getaway in nature,...

'Note**** They are a cash business or they take Zelle (I missed that upon booking).
This is a very charming, well-maintained, and secure property. We initially stayed in a cabina without air conditioning, but after the first night we upgraded to a room with A/C, which made our stay even more comfortable.
The staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and excellent with communication throughout our visit. Our room was consistently clean, and the quality of the linens and towels was especially...

'The grounds are beautiful and the facility was clean and well-kept. Staff members were pleasant. We would actually consider staying there in a different room but the white cabin with the thatched roof was awkward and uncomfortable to the point that we left after one night even though we knew we wouldn't get a refund. You can tell from the photos that some of the description is inaccurate (It's just one bedroom and doesn't have a private pool though there is one pool for all guests to share.) but...

'Bed and Breakfast surrounding green residential area. Restaurant attached is excellent. I tried the short ribs (costilla) with an Imperial Light Michelada Style for a refreshing meal. Staff is beyond kind. Cozy and friendly. Cool cabin style hotel. San Isidro is hot so the A/C is perfect.'

10/10 Voortreffelijk
