Located just 20 minutes from Baylor, Magnolia Silos, Cameron Park, and downtown Waco, it’s a great spot for exploring or just kicking back.

🐾 Well-behaved dogs are welcome! A $75 one-time fee per stay applies (covers up to 3 pets). Please let us know if you’re bringing pets and be sure to add them to your reservation.

Please treat our home with care—we’ve worked hard to create a fun and welcoming space!

🚭 **No Smoking or Vaping Indoors**
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside. If you smoke outdoors, please clean up afterward.
⚠️ A $1,000 ozone treatment fee will be charged if smoke is detected inside.

🛠️ **Accidents Happen**
If something breaks or is damaged, let us know right away so we can resolve it quickly.

🚗 **Parking**
Please park only on the driveway. Avoid driving on grass or stone areas to prevent damage.

🪵 **Hardwood Floors**
Our floors are real wood. Please avoid letting water pool on them, as it can cause damage.

🚽 **Septic System Care**
We’re on a sensitive septic system—please only flush toilet paper.

**Do NOT flush the following:**

* Wipes (even “flushable”)
* Feminine hygiene products
* Paper towels or tissues
* Diapers
* Cotton balls, swabs, or pads
* Dental floss
* Grease, oils, or food scraps

⚠️ **Septic Sprayers**
Located behind the fence—please do not walk or play near them, especially when active.

🪑 **Furniture**
Please do not move furniture—it may scratch or damage the floors.

### 💦 **Pool & Hot Tub Rules**

👶 **Supervision Required**
Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Keep the back door closed to help keep little ones safe.

🤿 **No Diving**
The pool is not deep enough for diving—jumping is okay in safe areas.

🏃 **No Rough Play**
No running, pushing, or horseplay. Wet surfaces can be very slippery.

🍽️ **No Glass or Food**
Do not bring glass or food into the pool or hot tub area—glass breaks can be hazardous.

🧼 **Dry Off First**
Please dry off completely before coming indoors and clean up any water spills.

📲 **Smart Controls**
You’ll receive a link to control the pool and hot tub from your phone.
🚫 **Do not use the physical control panel**, as it may disrupt the system.
