Welcome to our cherished family home! We’re so happy to share our little piece of heaven with you!

Nestled on 2 beautiful acres in Eden, Utah, our home is a place that holds decades of memories, laughter, family gatherings, and countless special moments. It’s a home we love dearly, and we feel incredibly fortunate to open its doors to guests who can appreciate its warmth, character, and unique charm.

This is not a brand-new luxury resort, and that’s exactly what makes it special. Our home is an older, well-loved property with character, history, and a cozy, lived-in feeling. It has been thoughtfully updated throughout, but it still feels like a genuine family home—not a sterile, cookie-cutter vacation rental. We hope you’ll settle in, make yourselves comfortable, and enjoy it as much as we do.

Due to county zoning requirements, we are only able to offer 30 day+ rentals at this time. With a minimum 30-day rental, you’ll have plenty of time to enjoy everything this wonderful property and the surrounding area have to offer.

Our home features a stunning rustic kitchen, a private master bedroom on its own level, newly renovated bathrooms, and a movie theater that makes cozy evenings at home especially memorable. There’s also a sauna, pool table, piano, two fireplaces, private riverfront access (the river is typically active April through June) and plenty of space to relax, gather, and enjoy the company of family and friends.

And if you’re bringing your four-legged family members, you’re in luck! We absolutely love dogs and welcome them with open arms.

For outdoor enthusiasts, our location is hard to beat:

7 minutes to Nordic Valley
20 minutes to Powder Mountain
25 minutes to Snowbasin
We are also only one mile down the street from the Environmental Center, which boasts some of the best biking and hiking trails in the area.

Whether you’re here for a winter ski season, a summer getaway, or an extended stay in the beautiful Ogden Valley, we hope our home gives you a wonderful place to call your own.

A Few Important Things to Know Before Booking!

Our classic trucks are part of the property. We own a classic vehicle business, and we have several classic farm trucks and vintage vehicles on the property. They are a meaningful part of our lives and our family’s story. You’ll see them around the grounds, and they are not something we hide or remove from guests. If you'd like to take photos with any of them, they're a fantastic prop for family photos! Want to take a ride in an old classic? We'd love to oblige!

If you’re someone who loves old trucks, vintage vehicles, and a property with a little personality, you’ll probably enjoy this unique aspect of our home. However, if seeing classic trucks on the property, or sharing the grounds with our collection would bother you, we completely understand—but this may not be the right home for you. We want everyone to have a wonderful experience, and we believe being upfront about this is the best way to ensure that.

This house is very special to us. It has given our family endless memories over the decades, and we are deeply attached to it. We welcome guests who will appreciate its character, take care of it as if it were their own, and understand that it is a cherished family home rather than a brand-new luxury property.

We want you to feel comfortable and at home, but we also ask that you respect the house, its furnishings, the property, and the things that make it special to our family.

Additional Property Details:

Security cameras: Cameras are located at the front door, side deck, and garage for security purposes.

Barn: Guests are not permitted access to the barn.

Yard service: Yard service visits weekly or bi-weekly on Sundays, depending on seasonal growth.

Garage: Guests are allotted one garage space during spring, summer, and fall stays. The second garage space is used for storage of a classic vehicle. The owner may need to access that vehicle with 24 hours’ notice, although we make every effort to avoid doing so unless absolutely necessary.

Winter garage access: Due to snow and ice, the garage is not accessible from November through April. Outdoor parking is available.

Snow removal: Guests are responsible for their own snow removal during winter. A power shovel and manual shovels are provided. Professional snow removal is available upon request, with charges being the guest’s responsibility.
