Perfect family getaway
Our family of 7 stayed for a week of skiing at powder mountain and everything was great! Plenty of appliances to stay in and cook meals, plenty of comfortable bed space and close to the mountain. We had a great time.

We had a great time and found the house well stocked with everything we needed for a family of 7. We enjoyed the little extras such as the boot and glove warmers provided. We would certainly stay here again. Our only recommendation is to improve the lighting in the family room.

Decent Place, Enjoyed Our Stay
Good place for a ski trip - we fit 5 adults there with no problem. Comfortable space with comfortable beds and all the expected amenities. Lost power during a storm, but property manager came out to fix the generator. One challenge was the steep driveway right onto a busy road, which was tough with ice. Overall, good place to stay.

Convenient location between Snowbasin & Powder Mountain skiing, close to Eden for food market & coffee shops. Cabin is comfy with spectacular views over the lake. Owners are very responsive & helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Ski Trip
We were in Utah to ski at Snow Basin and Powder Mountain. The house is basically between the 2 mountains, 15 minutes away from each so it was perfect for us. The house itself was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The communication from Tyler and the Evolve team was excellent.

the home was fine. The host responded adequately. But he never followed up on some things to make sure they were addressed or taken care. For instance, we contacted him if the house was ready and could check in early. He responded he would find out. Never heard another word. The house was to be ready at 3PM, it wasn't. We spent several hundred dollars on food. The refrigerator wasn't working properly from day one.We contacted the host again about the issue. We threw away some food. The host said he would get someone to look at it, but that was the last day of our stay. Never another word and no one showed up to inspect frig, threw away the rest of our food. We did buy a thermomoter to check temp also. Should be 37/0, it was 10 plus degrees warmer. The garbage bins were completely full, from the last visit? We put out the bins as instructed and piled up bags around the bins. We enjoyed the area and Utah.

Absolutely perfect house with beautiful views
This house had everything we needed. Teenagers had their own private space, and the kitchen was very well. Stocked views were perfect and location was great communication with the property manager. It was very very easy and the check-in was contactless. Would not recommend for small children.

House was just as described and very easy to find. Heater was tricky but luckily weather was perfect. House is noisy (Lots of road noise at night) but very comfy beds and nice bathrooms. We’d definitely stay again!!! The view of the water was worth it

Beautiful Property
We planned a Snowbasin Ski Trip with our Adult Kids and the Cabin was perfect for the 4 couples. The kitchen was so well stocked with dishes to cook our meals which tend to be elaborate...bunch of foodies we are! The surprises were: Coffee pot traditional style was there as well as a Keurig and not listed in the listing...an outdoor GRILL!!!! The drive to Snowbasin was 11 miles and took 19 minutes. The main living heats up during the day with the sunshine ! GREAT Time had by all!

Priceless view
This cabin is down right awesome! We wanted to relax and enjoy the UT fall, visit with family, and we sure got it. It was a very enjoyable stay even though I had to work during our stay the wifi was great didn't had any problems while I was working. The contract/owener is great, very nice and answer my questions right away. We will definitely come back and stay here again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful cabin with us.

Reluctantly Reviewing
I say I am reluctant in reviewing this property because it is so special, including the little town of Eden, that I don’t want anyone to know about it except me. This home was spectacular and it had every single amenity that you could possibly need. The proximity to the bigger city Ogden, the tiny quaint little town of Eden, the mountains, the views… I could go on forever about this place. But I was told by Gina at the village market not to say anything so that it wouldn’t become too touristy of an area lol. I am so thankful for all of the hospitable touches throughout the house. Our family lamented leaving, and will definitely come back.

Wonderful views for winter
We came for business and pleasure. Myself, husband & son/daughter-in-all. All was very nice, plenty of room. Beautiful views for winter so can imagine what spe8ng & summer would be. We really liked how the house was laid out. Only four of us for this trip, but all agreed it could’ve housed the other part of our family with the grandkids. Plenary of room.

Clean, comfortable, great location
This home is right off state highway but gated and cannot hear outside traffic. Reservoir right across street and max of twenty minutes to powder mountain. This home is Incredibly clean (I have a very critical eye!) and everything you would need to keep it that way during your stay. A basket full of hot cocoa, oatmeal, coffee, etc, waiting for us on counter to welcome us. Very much unexpected but much appreciated!! We were able to get ahold of Steve, the owner, promptly despite him being out of town on his own vacation. Beds are very comfortable and you will have everything you could possibly need to make all your meals, Ogden is also only twenty minutes with plenty of restaurants, slackwater and UTOG were both worth the thirty minute wait, reservations are a great option if you don’t want to wait !!!! Hoping to rent again!!!

Super close to the ski hill and the lake. Great location for winter and summer. The property had all the things you would need at a home away from home. Communication with the host was great and check in was easy. Wonderful property and would definitely stay again. Thanks!

Great house with convenient location
We loved the house, especially the heated driveway and remote for the garage and gate. The house had everything we needed and the location was perfect for us. We enjoyed the close proximity to many trails. Some other reviews complained of highway noise which there were cars traveling day and night but I never noticed any noise.

A true gem in Eden!
Wake up to the most amazing sunrises, end the day with the sun painting the mountain tops! Terrific home in Eden for hitting both Powder Mountain and Snowbasin. Well appointed, clean, spacious home. A perfect spot for inviting friends to stay and not feel cramped. Kitchen well appointed for cooking after a long day on the slopes and comfortable furnishings for relaxing if others are cooking. The views are spectacular. Enjoyed every moment!

Well-appointed, comfortable home base to explore Ogden Canyon
We loved this cabin. We spent three days as a family in Eden. The property is sparkling clean, stylish, with great extras like beach chairs, a jacuzzi tub, two family rooms. We enjoyed its central location close to the marina and walking trails. Lovely view from the deck of the lake.

We really enjoyed staying in this home. Lots of room, well stocked, everything looks fresh. Sitting on the deck was great. Sandhill cranes and geese in the field across the road, view of the reservoir, and evening shade! The road noise was a little annoying, but watching the crazy boaters going by was actually entertaining. Access to a few more linens and towels would be good.

We stayed here 04/25-04/28 for my daughter's graduation from Weber State University. What a beautiful place. Lots of room to spread out....there were 8 of us. All the amenities of home. Steve was very accommodating with respect to late check out.

Ski weekend!
The house made a perfect 17 inch ski weekend at snowbasin that much more enjoyable. The house slept 5 comfortably and we had everything we needed to make breakfast each morning before hitting the slopes. Only two things that I can say were disappointed in is the fact that there was no cable and the internet lagged so if you plan on watching anything like March madness then you may want to look elsewhere. Other thing is the downstairs bedroom stayed cold during day so it took a little adjusting to figure it out. Overall, no complaints as the house was clean and beautiful and was perfect for a getaway ski weekend.

Brad, we're glad this home was an ideal fit for your ski weekend overall. The homeowner would like to deliver the following message: "I'm glad you got some fresh powder on your visit! While there isn't cable, the satellite allows for viewing of Netflix and Hulu. The internet connection through the satellite is usually good but can be influenced by the weather. One thing I should have noted previously and will moving forward to guests is that the TV will connect to a cellular 'hot spot' from a cellphone, iPad, etc. Cellular is a great alternative to satellite as a means to connect to the internet, Netflix, Hulu, etc. if the satellite signal is weak. Also, there is a space heater downstairs that can be used during the winter if needed. Hopefully mother nature will give us another great ski season next year!" Best, the Evolve Team

Great home with character
We enjoyed our stay very much and are looking to go back over the summer. You can tell the owners have put a lot of work into everything and were thoughtful in the process. This made for a comforting stay and much appreciated! Great location for easy access to Powder Mountain and Snow Basin. There were some quirky things about the house like certain doors and vents needing to be open/closed for the home to heat properly and spotty Wi-Fi. The owner controls the temperature so you will need to contact him if it's too cold/hot. The Wi-Fi I think runs on satellite (if it's cloudy, poor reception). We had annoyances with the Smart TV because of the poor Wi-Fi, couldn't really watch anything through Netflix, Google Play, or Amazon Prime because the screen kept buffering. And after a long day of skiing, a good movie curled up on the couch is just what is needed. Overall, we loved the home, location, and response time of the owner. Look forward to staying here again. Comfortable, excellent location!
My group had a very comfortable stay. The house was stocked with necessities and access was smooth and simple. The location was ideal, just minutes from a grocery store, gas, convenience store, restaurants, and ski shop. The home was halfway between Snowbasin and Powmow giving us great options for ski/snowboarding. Steve responded promptly to all our questions.

Incredibly comfortable stay
We reserved this property to enjoy Thanksgiving with family in Eden, UT. The facility is actually larger than what we imagined from the pictures. Kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking things you might need. The open living area was really cozy and had a great view of the lake and the mountains. The bedroom, beds, bathroom and all facilities were well maintained. The log cabin feel with all the wood was really comfortable. The location is right off of the main road that goes into Eden. However, even with the road so close, we didn't really even notice the cars going by. I am an avid ultrarunner, so I was pleasantly surprise that there was a trailhead within 100 yard down the road from the entrance to the property. There is also a trail that goes around the lake that is flatter than heading up into the mountains. Overall, an incredible rental. Thank you! Oh yes, and we had to arrive a little early and the manager/owner was very accommodating of us.
