Son’s Wedding Weekend
House is wonderful. Clean and a great layout, particularly when traveling with 2 other families. Great outdoor space. My grandchildren loved the hammock. Host responsive within minutes of any question I asked. Highly recommend.

Perfect
Everything the other reviewers said is true. Jackie (the host) couldn't have been more helpful, responsive, easy to work with. The house was perfect for our family (3 adult couples with 2 apx 2yr old toddlers). There as enough room for everyone to be together but also be apart. Proximity to very quiet South Beach was awesome as was proximity to Edgartown, Edgartown library (for the kids), Morning Glory and Stop and Shop. The stay was EXACTLY what I hoped for.

Lovely Space
We stayed for our sons wedding. Easy commute to Edgartown, great layout, very clean, and great for kids and adults. Easy to accommodate a family. Loved the space and easy to deal with property manager.

It was close to everything. We attended a wedding on the island. Able to tour the island easily. katana beach was beautiful and just two miles away. Edgartown near by fot shopping and dining.

Awesome house and location
Pictures accurately describe the house. Location is great proximity to Katama Beach and downtown Edgartown. Home owner was more than accommodating when we had a few hiccups during the trip with fridge and needing a blender. Would def stay again

Girls’ Getaway
We are a group of 5 college friends and found the house perfect for our needs! Well equipped kitchen, even though we really didn’t cook much! Very peaceful woodsy location. Easy walk to catch the bus. Loved it.

Great getaway
Our family, consisting of 4 adult couples, had a wonderful stay at Jackie's house. We had more than enough space for cooking and grilling, outdoor and indoor dining, games, puzzles, stargazing and more. The beds were comfortable and while we rarely used it, it was nice to have the option to turn on the AC. There are lots of pretty blue dishes and thoughtfully some melamine for outdoor use. At times there were 4 of us working and WiFi was strong and everyone could find a quiet corner or fight over the screened porch! The house is close to a wonderful farmers market and town and great local diner and general store . We walked to many of the local spots or biked in under 10 minutes. We brought out own bikes. The house could use a few more big beach chairs (there are 2 low slung and 2 tall - new- taller/reclining chairs and larger towels (my sons play rugby, you get the idea) but Jackie is on top of all requests! Lastly, the access to the local tennis court was a huge bonus! We formed our family pickle ball teams and played every day! We will be back!

Katama House a winner!
This house was everything that was advertised and worked great for our family group. Each couple had their own bedroom and private bath. We enjoyed coming together in the very comfortable open plan living/dining room and kitchen, screen porch and deck. And the outdoor grill was easy to use — always a plus! Most importantly, this house is a short drive away from a gorgeous public beach. We would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved this rental. The location (in Edgartown) was close to the center of town, but not far from the beach. The renter was fabulous to work with and the house was impeccable. We would rent here again.

Wonderful / Relaxing Home
This home was just perfect for our family get away. The house is located in an ideal location on the island with complete privacy. The home is spacious and has all the amenities. Beds are very comfortable and Kitchen is modern. We stayed during the winter but will definitely be returning during the summer season. The owners made our stay easy and very inviting. We will be back. Perfect spot! Thank you Jackie.

We loved the location of this house in a quiet neighborhood close to town. The back yard, expansive deck, and open floor plan was great for a family gathering. Plenty of bedrooms snd bathrooms for the whole extended family to stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, spacious home in Katama. The location is excellent, and the house was renovated recently. The open floor plan in the living room, dining area and kitchen is very nice. Highly recommended.

Terrific stay!
Home perfectly suited our needs and was extremely clean, comfortable and convenient. We were immediately impressed upon arrival and the house positively enhanced our time on Martha's Vineyard. We were in Edgartown for our daughter's wedding and it was easy to get to town, the wedding venue and locations on the island. Jackie always responded promptly and that was greatly appreciated. Review of Katama rental
The house worked out perfectly for our 8 guests.. the bed sizes and privacy of the master suite was perfect. Appreciated the number of bathrooms.. We drive out to Norton Point most every day of vacation so the location was perfect. We also appreciated that there were plenty of towels and nicely supplied kitchen. We would definitely consider renting again in the future.

Mini summer vacation
My family and I stayed for 4 nights in the beginning of June at Jackie’s house. This was the best VRBO experience we’ve had by far!! The house was as advertised, super clean and awesome location. The beds were unbelievably comfortable and the few questions we had Jackie was quick to respond. My husband said he would definitely stay at this property again and he has never said that about any other VRBO we stayed in! Thank you Jackie!!

Great vacation rental!
My family and I spent Memorial Day weekend at this house and it was perfect. The location is great, the house itself was very spacious and well appointed, and communication with Jackie (homeowner) was easy. In fact, when we had an issue with the coffee pot one morning, she had replaced it with a new one by the afternoon. Highly recommend!!

Highly recommended!
Jackie’s place was lovely, extremely comfortable for 4 adults and 4 children, with plenty of space and privacy for everyone. The host was very responsive and generously allowed us to stay many hours beyond checkout while we waited for our evening ferry. Would love to return!
