'Clean room, friendly staff'

'We have stayed in the area of Edgewater and N.S.Bfor years, and have always had a great time This was no exception This property was just what we needed, clean, great neighborhood, close to everything and a really nice park on the inner coastal. Perhaps the most important was a wonderful host. Jake is a great Host, cares about his guests, his property and is true to his word. We thank you Jake for the perfect stay. We will be back'

'Definitely going back. The host was very kind and helped us with recommendations in the area. The house was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. '

'Great property !'

'Extremely Impressive with it's tiny size but yet, having all that was needed. Perfect.'

'Great communication!!!! We enjoyed our stay.'

'Great location and clean home. Cedric was super responsive. Highly recommend. '

'Michael the host was very easily accessible for questions or need to know via Vrbo site where we booked the home. He got back to us no promptly with answers or how he could help. The home is beautiful, clean and cozy. I recommend this place to anyone looking to relax and unwind. The home was stocked with supplies. Thank you for having us stay at your beautiful home. We loved it !!'

'It was nice to have a full kitchen but the metal bed frames stuck out further then the mattresses, stubbing toe and shins hazard, the front room was musty smelly, no elevator and not ha ing a staff member on site was very inconvenient at times. Loved the location, the ocean views and the pool.'

'The staff was very helpful answering any and all questions and were always accommodating.'

'Nice'

'The office had to be unlocked when we arrived at 3 pm which makes me feel unsafe, the office smelled aweful, no real parking so we returned the key and got another room. I realize it is a cheap room but for $50 more I had a very nice room at the Hyatt in Titusville. In fairness we never even went inside the room which was on the second floor where you had to walk by junk cars to get to. Be cautious. Best $100 I threw away to be safe.'

'Loved the beachfront vibes, cozy lobby and outside fireplace, solid breakfast, pool and bar. The room had useful perks like safe+microwave, and mini-fridge. But cleanliness was off from check-in:Splashes by the bathroom baseboards and around the toilet. The TV quality was poor and leaked sound through the wall. The AC was loud at night, and the shower took about five minutes to run warm. With better cleaning and maintenance, this place could be fantastic. Overall we've enjoyed our stay, no major...

'Great historic hotel right on the river bank. The room was nice with a good size bathroom. The bed was a bit soft for our taste, but otherwise comfortable. There is not really a lot of shelve space, so if you're not travelling light, you might struggle to unpack. Every room has a nice terras. The pool is clean, but unheated. Breakfast is at The Mermaid Cafe, 2 door down from the hotel, and it can get very busy there later in the morning. Come early if you want a guaranteed table. Coffee and tea...

'room was dirty and surprise hidden fees when you check in'

'Easy to find, good stay for travellers, restaurants and taget at walking distance. Breakfast is not available, rooms are good, will not be made during stay'
