Het verblijf was uitstekend. Houd er wel rekening mee dat je in het centrum verblijft en er in de avond harde muziek wordt gedraaid. Ik heb er in ieder geval goed geslapen.

Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam, doen echt hun best om je een goed verblijf te bezorgen. Hygiëne is ook in orde. Kamers zijn niet ruim en het sanitair is goed maar compact. In aangrenzende gebouw werden live optredens gehouden en dat hoor je 's nachts best goed, mn in kamers met lage nummers op 5th floor.

Kleine kamer met geïntegreerde badkamer. Niet voldoende stopcontacten. Te weinig ruimte om iets te leggen. Geen safe en koelkast op de kamer. Geen mogelijkheid om de kamer even te verluchten.

Prima hotel op een perfecte locatie om de oude stad van Edinburgh te verkennen. Pal naast de Royal mile! Verder goed bed, prima douche en lekker (wel standaard, geen afwisseling ) ontbijt, maar ook niet meer dan dat. Verwacht geen pracht en praal kamer bij Ibis, maar daar is prijs ook naar. Al met al dus prima hotel voor die prijs op ideale locatie.

Great location. Room was clean, but on the small side. Interesting bathroom, but was clean and worked fine. Staff was helpful. They stored bags for me until I could check in. There was a restaurant and bar. It looked ok, but I neither ate nor drank there, too many options near by. The lobby was pretty drab. The entrance was almost unnoticeable. Good value considering the location

Our room was very small & had no working bathroom vent. The entire space turned into a sauna with every shower & there appears to be mold on the ceiling. The hotel in general was great, my daughter’s room was great, the staff was very friendly & helpful, but room 425 has issues.

My wife and i arrived before check-in at 3pm, however we offered safe storage of our bags and use of the facilities so we could freely walkabout in Edinburgh. Front desk and restaurant staff were very accommodating.

The room was tiny, the bathroom was small and the quality of the bathroom was what would be called “the head” on a small boat. This was completely a no frills hotel for a price that was too high for what was offered. The online listing was misleading. Exceptionally disappointed!!

First time staying at this hotel chain. It felt sort of like a dorm room, the bathroom was cool but weird. Sort of like a fancy airplane bathroom...hard to explain, but it was fine. Suited the purpose. Functioanl, clean. Would stay again

It was nice having a restaurant in the hotel. Our room was not the greatest. They gave us a handicap room which I did not ask for. When I went downstairs to tell them they said it was ok they had other handicap rooms available and did not offer to change our room. No carpet in the room, very cold room, and the sink in the bathroom was so low it hurt your back to bend over to use it. Was not happy with this room.

im disabled and travelling on my own. the staff couldnt have been any nicer. i use a walker and doors were held over for me. so delighted with the a meals and restfull time
