Awesome place!

This was our second time staying here. 8 adults and 8 children. Lots of room and the pool is absolutely wonderful. We plan to stay again next year.

Amazing Home Great Hospitality

We rented the Woods on Waterloo for a week long game style retreat and the space was amazing. The house is gorgeous and there is a lot of space to stretch out and enjoy. The pool area is glorious! Maudean is a fantastic host and she even provided us with chocolate chip cookies upon arrival. 100% would stay again!

Surpassed all expectations! Amazing!

This was by far the very best rental experience. Maudean is an incredible host. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas- the icing on the cake. Entertaining family was so easy - there were plenty of spaces for puzzles, pool, foosball, playing guitar and just talking all at the same time. The kitchen had everything! What a nice touch: There were candy dishes that the kids took advantage of. We couldn’t have imagined anything better!

Our Home Away From Home

We are repeat visitors to The Woods on Waterloo. It feels just like home when we walk in. The owners are spectacular. Whatever you think you need, they have it! The property is immaculate and oh so comfortable. The outdoor koi pond to the indoor aquarium we love it there. In fact, I’m always sad when it is time to leave. We cannot recommend this home highly enough! I love it there!

Fabulous!!! Would stay again!

We were in for a tennis tournament and there were 15 of us and the house was awesome and the pool was beyond fantastic! Maudean and her husband were so accommodating for us and we didn’t want to leave! Would have given more stars if I could have! A+++++

Family trip

This was the most amazing experience! Maudean was wonderful. She made check in seamless & gave us a full tour, showing us everything we needed to know! The pictures do not in any way do justice to the property. It was unbelievably beautiful. It was immaculate & fully stocked with everything we needed. I can not say enough to express the marvelous time & experience this has been. It was amazingly wonderful!

The Perfect Solution for Out of Town Wedding Guests

This property is amazing! We saw four deer in the woods the first afternoon! From the huge, beautifully furnished rooms to the unique pool area complete with fish pond, waterfalls, and a hot tub, this house was the ideal place for us to stay during our son's wedding. The wedding venue was minutes away making everything so convenient. We hosted a small rehearsal dinner by the pool for about 40 people. It could not have gone better. The kitchen is fully functional and was perfect for prepping and serving a taco bar. It has a large refrigerator, double oven, and even a warmer separate from the ovens. Our son and his groomsmen also used the downstairs bedroom suite to get ready for the wedding and we fed them leftover tacos. There was such a homey feel to it. We had 11 other family members stay with us and there was plenty of room for all to be very comfortable. Maudean, our host, was very accommodating, meeting us at the house, making sure we knew where everything was, and telling us to contact her if we needed anything else during our stay. Staying at this house was a great experience!

This is special

One of the best places we’ve ever stayed at. Pictures online really don’t do it justice. It is more of an estate in a house really. Our three teenage boys absolutely loved the custom-made pool. The privacy was wonderful. Beds and sheets were so comfortable and the place was super clean. Five stars all around!

Perfect!

The house is even more amazing in person. We had 11 people comfortably. Fully stocked kitchen with anything you would need for homemade meals for a group. Wonderful pool with floats and towels. Very quiet and serene while not being far to town for dinner or a movie. Can’t wait to come back!

Incredible Oasis in OKC

We came to OKC for my son's wedding. My wife and I stayed at this beautiful and spacious home along with a set of grandparents, our daughter, and up to 10 groomsmen! I could not have been happier with our choice of venues for this event. The weather was hot, but the home remained cool with AC and the pool was a huge hit. The home was spacious and never felt crowded, even when we had other family members over to grill out. My wife and I had so many compliments from our guests about this beautiful home. Maudean was on vacation, but reached out via email to make sure everything was going well, and her house manager Anna was so helpful and made sure that we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Anna was quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. It was just my wife and I and a set of grandparents the first several days before the excited wedding crew came into town. Our party had fun playing games, the groomsmen had an exciting poker game on their incredible poker table, and we played music out by the pool late into the evening, and didn't have to worry about bothering any neighbors. I would highly recommend this well taken care of property (it was obvious that the owner takes great pride).

Jett Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time with our three daughters and their families. We had 15 total and the house was very comfortable, well stocked and towels plentiful. The pool was fun for all ages. The hostess was very helpful.

Perfect

Guys golf trip, 8 guys. Beautiful property. We came back after golf each day to cook, swim and socialize. This property was perfect. TV's in every room to have the game on, pool table to enjoy as well. Awesome sitting area outside as well to hang out. Would definitely rent again for a guys group or to bring the family. Maudeen was a great host, gave us a tour to start things off and answered any questions we had along the way. Great experience!

Perfect Group House

This house was perfect for our group. We were there for an out of town baseball tournament and four families all wanted to crash together. We had 6 adults and 8 kids and never once felt cramped. They thought of everything and the back yard is a dream. Nights winding down by the fire pit were our favorite!

We had a great week!

Our group of ladies had a wonderful week in OKC! The house had a great layout for our large group and has tons of storage. We were surprised that the pool heat was an extra charge and we didn’t know about that ahead of time, but the owner was very responsive and did what needed to be done to get the heat turned on. Maudean always responded quickly and was very friendly! We hope to stay here again in the future!

The photos don't do it justice. It's beautiful!

We had a large graduation party with multiple family members coming in from all over the US. The photos do not do this home justice. It is BEAUTIFUL. Koi ponds inside and outside, beautiful pool, large bedrooms, big kitchen, pool table, comfy chairs inside and outside (upstairs and downstairs), and if you need ADA accessibility, the first floor will accommodate those. We had our elderly medically fragile family members with walkers with us and the first floor worked great. No issues with getting their walker around at all, even in crowds. One very small step down to get outside. Shower is walk in on the first floor for easy walker access.

Great time!

We had a great time at Maudeans place and she was great to work with. Her home is very spacious and has plenty of room for guests. We would absolutely stay here again :) the only downside was the pool/hottub weren’t available due to it being chilly, we were really looking forward to the hottub but I guess it only works when it’s warm outside. Overall though, really great experience, great host and great time.
