Zeer grote mooie multi-level huis direct aan de Christina Creek. Kom vissen in de achtertuin of kajak door de kreek voor mijlen. Of misschien is het tijd om gewoon te ontspannen met het gezin. Dit huis is geschikt voor meerdere gezinnen op 3 niveaus. Dit huis is perfect om samen te komen, of het nu gaat om bijpraten met oude vrienden of om het Big-spel te bekijken! Dit huis ligt in de buurt van het Notre Dame-stadion op slechts 12 mijl afstand en toch met een rustige sfeer en veel privacy. Dit grote huis is perfect, serine, en volledig gevuld met alle accommodaties die u nodig heeft. Tv's met groot scherm en entertainment vullen de plaats. Alles in huis is gloednieuw. Deze woning heeft een garage voor 2 wagens, een grote familiekamer, leuke game-kamer, Excersize-kamer, twee grote hoofdslaapkamers (een op de eigen verdieping), beide met een luxe privé-badkamer, een omheinde achtertuin. Deze plek heeft alles wat je maar kunt wensen en genoeg ruimte voor iedereen om comfortabel te zijn in hun eigen ruimte en veel meer ruimte voor extra's die ik had moeten vragen, gewoon vragen waar we aan kunnen voldoen. We proberen altijd alle kleine extra's te bieden om uw verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken .. Op slechts 15 minuten van de Notre Dame, op 25 minuten van het schipshewana-gebied om boodschappen te doen of 30 minuten van de vele lokale wijnkelders of het skigebied van de Zwitserse vallei. We zijn heel dicht bij Elkhart, IN en Mishawaka, IN met alle winkels, restaurants, bioscopen, shows en entertainment die u maar kunt bedenken! Zoek niet verder, dit is jouw plaats!

Let op: geen feestjes die we proberen de plek beter te verlaten dan je hebt gevonden en soms maken feesten dat moeilijk. Als je op zoek bent naar een evenementensituatie, neem dan contact met ons op voor goedkeuring, zodat we details kunnen uitwisselen.

Ook een kleine FYI onze buren aan beide kanten van het huis hebben honden ... ze zijn super vriendelijk, maar ik wil altijd dat mijn gasten weten dat ze ze kunnen zien en niet verrast worden.

We vragen ook om geen verspreiders of essentiële oliën te gebruiken in huis.

En absoluut NIET ROKEN in het huis alstublieft.

We doen er alles aan om uw verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te houden en aarzel niet om ons te laten weten of u speciale wensen of behoeften hebt.

The host was very helpful in every way possible to make it a very memorable 30th Birthday. If you want reccomendations or need some help finding attractions or just need a little more firewood the host is very responsive. Will look to come here again!

We wanted a nature getaway between visiting Chicago and Detroit and this was the perfect choice for our group of 15. We had kids ages 6-17 who were completely absorbed by the creek (kayaking, swimming, gathering oysters, fishing, s'mores by the firepit beside it....). The arcade room was also a huge hit! We fully planned on taking advantage of all the yard game options, but between the game tables in the basement and the call of the creek, we never got around to it. Very quiet suburban neighborhood, but easy access to Walmart to stock up for meals. We also took a quick drive to Elkhart to visit the RV/MH Hall of Fame Museum--LOVED seeing all the vintage campers from different eras. Beds were comfy, plenty of towels for our big group, well stocked kitchen if you are planning to cook meals. Kristi is incredibly responsive in coordinating all the details of your stay--fantastic communication. Great vrbo!!

This home was perfect for our family of 15 to celebrate my father-in-law’s 80th birthday! Family aged 11-80, was able to enjoy the large yard playing kick ball, wiffle ball, 4-square and relaxing on the patio. The arcade and indoor games were endless!! So much space for all of us! Perfect place for a family get away!

Our church youth group stayed here to participate in a national level competition. When you have a group of youths that don't want to leave the vacation house, you are doing something right! Kristy (the property host) is the best! She communicated with us right from the start and was always available if there were questions. The house is great - plenty of space and activities galore! We totally enjoyed our stay here and we are planning to return soon! Thanks Kristy for the outstanding experience!

Pictures of the listing are complete and accurate. The Very roomy layout with multi-levels allows everyone a large place to gather as well as enough space to spread out. The plethora of games always keeps the kids entertained, and the wildlife viewing in the backyard and on the creek was amazing. Christy was very responsive and understanding of our family's needs

When I travel, I prefer to stay in a home, rather than a hotel, so I use VRBO around the world. This is the best experience I have ever had, and my friends (five other Notre Dame alums) all commented the same. Kristy's home is spacious, clean, and had everything imaginable for us to use. The kitchen is well-stocked, the bedrooms are large, the living room, kitchen, dining room and game rooms were better than we expected. Kristy's communications with us prior to our arrival and after our arrival were excellent. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the backyard is spacious and soothing. I will definitely hope to rent this home again whenever I am in that area.

We were looking for a place to gather our immediate family from several states around. This was the perfect property. House was nice and big, tons of room for everyone. I’ve never been to a house with so many activities provided on property. There is something to do for all ages. Yard is big with two fire pits and plenty of space for outdoor activities. Property owners were very responsive.

The perfect house for a rural get away with a large group. The house was clean, well organized and had many amenities. We had lots of fun swimming in the creek and hanging out on the large patios. But were also able to enjoy the surrounding area, the Warren State Sand Dunes were close and great and the kayaks/tubes at the house were perfect for afternoon on the water. Kristy was a fantastic host -- extremely responsive, helpful and fair. We're very happy we chose this house for our family get away and would definitely consider returning should we revisit the area.

We had an amazing stay! From the beginning, Kristy was responsive and helpful. She answered all my questions, offering suggestions on what to do in the area, and was prompt in her replies. The pictures and descriptions of the house are totally accurate, which was helpful when planning sleeping arrangements, packing, etc. The house and the property are absolutely beautiful! It exceeded our expectations. There’s so much space in the house and lots to do. The outdoor space is breathtaking, we loved waking up to the beautiful views. Overall, we had a wonderful trip and I would 10 out of 10 recommend staying at this home. Thanks for a wonderful weekend!

This house has great bedroom and living spaces for a variety of family and friends. Bedrooms are spacious, mattresses are comfortable. Games room offers lots of fun activities for people to play together. Outside space is lovely, and the fenced yard was great for our pup. Thanks for a great stay, Kristi!

First, and probably most important, the communication with Kristi was about as good as I've experienced in renting property. We were given clear instructions on the way in, including notes about anything that might have been in process. The house was clean and had more than enough in the way of indoor games (pool, air hockey, darts, etc.) and outdoor fun (2 firepits, corn hole, kayaks, etc.). Would give a 6 out of 5 if I could! The creek behind the house was perfect for the atmosphere it added plus the ability to paddle down a few miles. Thank you!

My friends and I booked Kristy’s place for the Notre Dame game, and all of our families loved it. She has great attention to detail, and a really interactive set of experiences for her guests. We didn’t have enough time to take advantage of all of them. Both kids and adults absolutely loved the game room downstairs. Everything was in working order which is a very hard thing to do with a place this big. Really quiet neighborhood, but still easy to get to groceries and places to eat. It was only about a 20 minute drive to the campus. Highly recommended!

If I could give Kristy's home and her a million stars, I would, and I am completely serious. I messaged back & forth with Kristy so many times - I thought that at some point, she might lose her patience with me....it never happened. This is our fourth time renting a home through VRBO/and the other one (not to mention the other one's name!), and Kristy's home AND Kristy are the best home/host we have ever used. Kristy is so detailed, and explains everything so well..she even recorded bedroom set-ups for me so that I could decide what would work best for our family! We loved kayaking -- it was a blast! It is a very smart idea to rent Kristy's trailer...I don't know what we would have done had we not done that. The gameroom was a blast. We had one thirteen year old boy, and the rest of us were 21 or over. There were 12 or 13 of us (math is hard for me - ha)....this was the best mini family reunion, thanks to Kristy!!!

Biggest surprise was Christiana creek is a 5-Star river. Beautiful scenery, nice easy current and best of all help by Kristy and family to take kayaks up and back. Very enjoyable!!
