'Everything was fantastic. But just one note- the furniture that is made in ratan wood, makes noises all night long. It sounded like bugs inside it, but I am pretty sure it is actually just pressure contracting and expanding. It’s a bit hard to sleep. Not sure what the solution is, but wanted to mention it. 'Beautiful setting, but disappointing service for a 4-star hotel. The hotel has a beautiful location, a stunning view over western Sicily and pleasant facilities. Unfortunately, the overall experience was far below what we expected from a 4-star property. We were told at reception that the tap water was not drinkable, but there was no clear warning in the bathroom or near the tap. When we asked for free drinking water, we were told the only options were paid bottles from the minibar or...

'we were pretty much the only guests. Very nice hotel, room fine, food was less, as we were pretty much the only guests, breakfast was not always fresh and less choices. All staff were friendly and very helpful. A bit boring such an empty hotel, though.'
