Set in the heart of downtown across from the marina, this nautical-inspired penthouse features a harbor view, two expansive verandahs, floor-to-ceiling glass doors, fire tables, a fully equipped kitchen, and heated garage and outdoor parking. Walk to the beach, waterfront, shops, dining, coffee shops, wine bar and breweries. Perfect for summer adventures, fall colors, cozy winter getaways, and spring cherry blossoms.

The Penthaus at Egg Harbor sits right in the heart of downtown, directly across from the marina and just steps from the waterfront, beach, dining, shopping, and local favorites. Once you arrive, much of Egg Harbor can be enjoyed on foot, making it easy to park the car and simply enjoy the village. With harbor views, beautiful sunsets, and so much just outside your door, it’s an ideal location for experiencing Door County in every season.

Guests will have full and private access to the entire condo unit during their stay, including all three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living area, fully equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry, two private verandahs, and all listed amenities.
Guests also have access to the building’s secure entrance, elevator to the third floor, and heated garage. Two dedicated parking spaces are included with your stay: one reserved space in the heated garage and one reserved outdoor space.
Check-in is convenient and contactless, allowing you to arrive and settle in at your own pace.

Thoughtfully designed for couples, families, and friends traveling together, this spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath penthouse comfortably accommodates up to eight guests in a bright, elevated setting overlooking the heart of Egg Harbor.
The main living space is filled with natural light from expansive floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors and opens directly onto one of two private verandahs, creating an easy connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces. Thoughtful furnishings and an open layout make it a welcoming place to gather after a day exploring Door County.
The fully equipped kitchen offers everything needed for meals at the condo, from an easy breakfast before heading out for the day to dinner together in the evening. Three bedrooms provide space to unwind, including two en-suite bedrooms.
One of the Penthaus’s most distinctive features is its outdoor living space. One private verandah offers comfortable seating, a harbor view, and beautiful sunsets, while the second verandah provides an additional private outdoor space to relax. Outdoor fire tables make both spaces especially inviting on Door County evenings.
High-speed WiFi, smart televisions, in-unit laundry, and thoughtful amenities throughout the condo make both weekend getaways and longer stays easy and convenient.

Two dedicated parking spaces are included with your stay: one reserved space in the building’s heated garage and one reserved outdoor space.

A car is helpful for exploring the rest of Door County, with nearby villages, wineries, golf courses, parks, beaches, and scenic shoreline drives all within easy reach. For guests arriving by air, Austin Straubel International Airport in Green Bay is approximately 1½ hours away, while local general aviation options include Door County Cherryland Airport and nearby Ephraim-Gibraltar Airport.

Self check-in is available for your convenience. You will receive a unique access code prior to your arrival.
The condo is located in a multi-unit building; please be respectful of our neighbors.
We provide a starter pack of essentials like coffee, paper towels, and toiletries to get you settled in.
The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
No pets are permitted on the property.
No parties or events are allowed.
No smoking or drug use is permitted anywhere on the property.
