Located in the heart of Egg Harbor, this separate apartment offers 2 bedrooms and one bathroom, providing a private and comfortable space. Connected to the main house by an upper breezeway and deck, the loft is rented separately, ensuring privacy and exclusivity. NOTE: Sometimes, we will have the main house rented to other Airbnb guests. The space is located above the garage, so you'll need to climb a set of stair to get to it. To enter the loft, you will use the side door of the garage and walk up the stairs. Though it is above the garage, it is VERY well insulated (certified energy efficient) with air conditioning and heat. The unit has keypad dead-bolt, so check-in is automated.
