De Flats on Church Street zijn de nieuwste, meest moderne vakantiewoningen van Door County. De dagen van kitsch en kant zijn voorbij!



De flats zijn ontworpen door Johnsen Schmaling Architects uit Milwaukee, met de moderne reiziger in gedachten. Elke 500sf flat beschikt over 1 slaapkamer, 1 badkamer en een complete keuken. Grote ramen vestigen de aandacht op uw eigen patio. Op loopafstand vindt u allemaal Egg Harbor en de vele geweldige winkels, restaurants en bars die het te bieden heeft.



De flats zijn ontworpen met de moderne reiziger in gedachten en halen het maximale uit 500sf. De slaapkamer is voorzien van een kingsize bed. De badkamer heeft een mooie betegelde douche met moderne, hoogwaardige armaturen. De keuken is voorzien van een inductiekookplaat fornuis, koelkast, vaatwasser, magnetron, koffiezetapparaat en alle benodigde voorzieningen om een maaltijd te bereiden. U hebt toegang tot een volledig appartement met een eigen ingang. We zijn trots op het creëren van een geautomatiseerde en naadloze ervaring waar en wanneer mogelijk. Je incheckt met een deadbolt op het toetsenbord, ontvangt al je incheckinstructies in de app en bladert door onze digitale gids door een lijst met onze favoriete plekken in Door County.



De bouw is voltooid en we verwelkomen onze eerste gasten in juni 2019.  We hebben meer dan 800 Airbnb-beoordelingen, de accommodatie is ontworpen door een architect van wereldklasse en wordt gebouwd door een geweldige bouwmeester van Door County.



Egg Harbor is de deur County stad die momenteel de meeste "opwinding" heeft. Het is de eerste stop als je naar HWY 42 gaat. We hebben vele geweldige eetgelegenheden, waaronder Parador, al jaren. 2018 was een groot jaar dat de opening van Hatch Distillery en de verhuizing van restaurant Fireside vanuit Ellison Bay te zien gaf. 2019 belooft het grootste jaar te worden met de opening van de One Barrel Brewing taproom samen met de derde schiereilandlocatie van Wild Tomato Pizza. Alle hierboven genoemde goede plekken liggen op loopafstand van het appartement. Egg Harbor is centraal gelegen. De rest van het deurschiereiland is slechts een klein eindje rijden.

Modern Classic in Historic Door County Village

We loved staying at this future landmark! This is not a frilly B&B nor a musty knotty pine shack. Think Mies van der Rohe designs a cottage. Great minimalist modern design. Clean and very comfortable. Loved having a private patio to enjoy a morning cup of coffee (provided!). plentiful towels in sleek bathroom. If you are forced to begin two teens with you...let them sleep in the giant king bed. The sofa bed is very comfortable for couples. Great location walkable to our new favorite coffee shop - Cupola Cafe, and all the egg harbor shops and restaurants. Fish Creek and all of the great outdoors just a 10 minute drive away I want to live In one of these flats! Looking forward to returning soon.

Great location, Great vacation rental!

We enjoyed our stay at The Flats! The proximity to the shops and restaurants in Egg Harbor was great. The vacation rental was very clean, homey, and had all the amenities you need. It had a very modern vibe which we liked. Very easy check in process and even recommendations for things to do in Door County which we appreciated. Highly recommend staying here and we definitely will stay here again!

Great Little Place

Unique one bedroom suite with all the. Comforts if home! Very modern in minimalist in design but functions extremely well! Our stay was just for 3 nights but would have been just as comfortable if it had been a week! Location in Egg Harbor, WI is absolutely ideal!

Perfect place for us!

We stayed one night and loved this place! We actually went out of our way to stay here because we were looking for something unique and special! Our kids thought it was awesome! The huge windows were super cool. I appreciated the info provided by the hosts prior to our stay. It was easy to find all the details we needed! I'd absolutely travel out of the way to stay at this place again next time we are in Wisconsin.

Awesome Place!

This was our first time staying at a rental through VRBO. The process of purchasing was very smooth. We liked the keyless entry and not having to worry about remembering a key as we came and went. The place was very, very clean. We stayed here for a short getaway for our ten year anniversary and the location was nice and a short drive away from different restaurants and breweries that we went to. If we are in the area in the future we would pick this rental again.

While not a large space, it was very well laid out. The flooring was all cement, but with the in-floor heating it was very comfortable, easy to walk around without shoes. Access in was very easy and it is easily walkable to downtown Egg Harbor.

Great and simple

Nice space, great location

A perfect spot for our 3 nights in Door County. Just right for the two of us. Clean, cozy, and quiet. Walking distance to the market and downtown dining. Having the door code lock system, eliminating the need to worry about losing the keys was a plus. The only nit-picky things I could offer is it would be nice if the mini fridge had a freezer compartment for ice cubes. Also, having windows in the bedroom that opened would be nice so we could sleep with some fresh air circulating. Other than that, great space. Would be happy to stay here again.
