Calm and pristine cream decor. Very modern bathroom with beautiful ceramic handbasins and walk in shower. However it is lovely and features such as the sweeping staircase, chandelier's and furniture look gorgeous. Town is only 4 miles away with a range of restaurants. Continental breakfast was great and plentiful. Only met 1 member of staff at breakfast but she was lovely and gave us some of the history of the chateau. Another English couple were staying in Kings Room...
