'The place was well stocked with cooking supplies, towels and bedding. The location was amazing, very close to Schweitzer, which we drove to every day and very close to downtown Sandpoint. Hot tub was perfect temperature. Initially worried about the train tracks being across the road but honestly, they weren’t that loud or frequent….Would definitely rent this place again!'

'Communication with property owner was great, check-in/out instructions were sent in advance and process was easy and seamless! Beautiful home, great space for families (just 4 of us, including adult children). Every room was well-stocked, from kitchen essentials to linens, etc. We stayed during our summer trip but the location would be perfect for winter/ski trip as well! We’ve already booked our return visit for next summer!'

'Perfect location! This house is beautiful inside and out. It has everything you need and more to have a relaxing vacation. I love the bay it’s in. So fun to watch the planes go by. Cavanaugh's Restaurant is so close if you don’t feel like cooking. The house is well stocked and clean. The kayaks were so nice. We had a great time floating, swimming and relaxing. '

'We had a very pleasant trip in March. The unit was very comfortable. We were a very small group, just 4 as there was a last minute cancellation which meant we had lots of room. The kitchen was very small and we all thought that if even most of the beds had been full it would have been hard to cook for that crowd. The kitchen was very well stocked with plates and pans etc, just not space for more than one person to work. There is a small kitchenette upstairs which we used a little. Ski in/out was...

'Two families skied 3 days and stayed 2 nights. Perfect ski in ski out. Unit is fine. Outdated a bit, but gets the job done. If skiing is your focus this place is great!'
