Very spacious, comfortable, clean, plenty of space to put clothes away (big closets). The bathroom is massive with seperate shower and bath. One of the 2 showerheads wasn't working very well, but it didn't bother us as we used the other one. The hotel pool is not very big but a good size to cool down in the summer heat. 'We arrived on a rainy Sunday. The guesthouse is very nice older villa with a nice garden. Rooms are big and comfy, small for the bathroom. Not much to do in the vicinity so you will need to drive to find a restaurant.'

'Coming from the US and having heard all kinds of stories about SA, I will say this property is very safe and secure, with (free) gated parking. I had a 2 bedroom apartment that was very spacious and had a patio area and kitchen. It was enormous. The staff are very courteous and helpful, and eager to share all the great things Stellenbosch has to offer. Laundry service is a plus and so is the location—walkable to any number of great restaurants and cafes. Great value as well. Highly recommended.'
