'I like the friendly employees but this Hotel needs very soon MAINTENANCE ! All days 1 elevator (out of total 2…) was out of order. We moved to another room because the shower was not working. In the second room the toilet was constantly running and the shower gave only lukewarm water. But the bed was great, also the breakfast and other what we used in the Restaurant '
'We always stay at Zuri when we visit Iloilo. The location is perfect, it is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and SM mall is right next door. The staff have always been courteous and helpful. The included breakfast is excellent. I would recommend this hotel to all my family and friends.'
