'Nice room however airco was nog functioning properly. Not possible to change temperature. They came to repair it, but it was set on a fix way too warm temperature. Not possible to sleep at all. A real pitty for such an expensive and recent hotel!
The room was really nice and the pool area was superb!
Be aware that everything is charged!!!! At breakfast they put pastries on the table. Even if you don’ touch them, they charge you for it! A lungo coffee was charged almost 7,5 USD as they made it...

'the hotel staff are amazing! they go over and beyond to insure that the needs of their patrons are met with care, compassion and joy.The hotel is clean, the rooms are lovely and the hotel has a great cafe area for a marvelous breakfast that is included in the price. I would definitely recommend staying there again.'

'Es la primera vez que me quedo en este hotel y definitivamente sobrepasó mis expectativas. Todo el personal fue sumamente amable y atento, y mi habitación (316) estuvo excelente; no sé si todas sean iguales, pero la experiencia fue muy buena. Sin duda regresaría.

'Gran ubicación, cerca del centro. Todo el personal amable y con ganas de ayudar a los huéspedes. Los restaurantes muy bien. La relación precio/performance muuuy buena. Es la tercera vez que voy y salgo muy contento.
