'This place was simply fantastic. The lobby and my room were simply breathtakingly gorgeous. Some other reviews mention having had issues with rude staff but I had no such problems and was very pleased with every employee I encountered. I also took advantage of the hamman and massage and would highly recommend it. Lastly, the rooftop dining area offers a nice view and the breakfast is quite good. I would definitely stay here again.'

"Nice hotel within a beautiful building. However, the bathroom had a pungent smell of urine, almost like a previous visitor had urinated on the wooden furniture or the walls. Despite alerting the hotel crew, no action was taken apart from discharging the toilet a couple of times. The hotel seems to be managed by temporary workers who rotate and hardly (or don't) speak french or english and our breakfast (eggs) was served cold on both days. Summarized: nice room (royal suite), but the services and breakfast were below the level of what we experienced in a nearby Riad of 25eur/night the day before."
