We welcome you to your cozy getaway in El Burgo de Osma! This charming apartment, perfect for up to 7 guests, combines comfort, space, and a touch of historic charm. With 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate kitchen, and a combined dining and living room, it offers a peaceful retreat with plenty of space for family or friends.

The apartment features 4 bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed, two bedrooms with two single beds each, and a fourth bedroom with a single bed and a desk. There are two bathrooms: a full bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, bidet, and sink, and a guest bathroom with a toilet and sink.

The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, including a dishwasher, toaster, and everything you need to prepare meals comfortably.

The apartment also features a balcony and two terrace/balcony areas, one of which is enclosed with glass, offering stunning views of the Ucero River—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or unwinding in the evening.

Accessibility: The apartment is on the third floor and does not have an elevator, which may be challenging for guests with limited mobility.

Noise: The apartment is equipped with a decibel meter, in accordance with community rules.
Additional guest after check-in: 60€/day.

The apartment must be left clean; otherwise, an additional cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

No pets are allowed in the apartment. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a penalty of €150.

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. This will result in a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of neighboring residents must be respected.
Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is mandatory to complete the guest registration form as required by Spanish accommodation authorities, providing your DNI or passport information via the link we will send you.

Damage to the following items will incur the following charges:
10 € for small towels
20 € for large towels
10 € for sheets
30 € for a duvet cover

In the event of damage to or breakage of the lock on the entrance door to the accommodation, result in a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or failure to return any key or remote control for the accommodation or garage will incur a charge of 60 euros.

Any damage occurring during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always enter the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can resolve.

We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the accommodations.
