'Very high class hotel room and the staff wete very kind. They were able to watch my luggage while i hiked the volcano despite not staying there the following night. And the complentary breakfast helped me prepare accordingly for the hike on the volcano. Would stay here again.'

'My Guatemala adventure began at the Las Cruces hotel, and it was on my birthday, so it was extra special! The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and yummy. They were so dedicated to bringing us breakfast to our room. The room was very clean, and the decor made us feel like we were in an ancestry gallery. The parking lot is a short three square walk, but it’s very easy to get there, and I felt very safe walking between the hotel and parking lot at any time....

'Habitación Limpia, la aplicación no indicó que la estadía no era en la propiedad principal sino en una a una cuadra, por lo que si uno desea usar las amenidades y el restaurante debe caminar una cuadra para llegar a ellas. No hay realmente una ventaja como huésped de expedía como lo ofrecen al momento de reservar a diferencia de otros hoteles. Tuve un problema en el check in pero me contactaron a mitad de mi estadía y lo resolvieron muy bien.'

'I submitted a review after the first night, that the room did not have a desk or table. I was very frustrated and was not kind. The reception desk manager made arrangements to move me to another room that had everything I need. Danilo went above and beyond to provide me what I needed. I had fruit for breakfast and everything was excellent. The rooftop restaurant and bar had unbelieveable views of the area.'

Attentive, lovely staff who attended to our needs.Breakfasts daily were uniformly wonderful, prepared by a chef who made spectacularly perfect over easy(and scrambled and hardboiled )eggs daily.The hotel's location is also wonderfully central to the city, but if you don't want to walk Antigua's irregular sidewalks or cobblestoned streets. an uber will get you anywhere in the city for $3 or less.'

'cuando llegamos no podiamos entrar porque no nos enviaron el codigo de acceso, una persona de servicio finalmente nos atendio y nos entrego la llave de la habitacion cuando le explique esto a la persona encargada me hizo ver que era mi culpa y que ellos si habian enviado los datos, aunque finalmente los recibimos 2 horas despues de haber ingresado, el cable no servia x lo que no tuvimos tv durante toda la estadia cuando llame a preguntar dijeron que era por el clima, no te ofrecen cafe ni agua...

'La habitación es chica pero tiene todo lo necesario, muy limpia, y cómoda. Quito recalcar el buen servicio del personal, muy agradables y accesibles'
