de woning heeft op elk moment van de dag wel ergens een terras waar de zon schijnt. Zalig! de buitenkeuken maakt het plaatje compleet.

Dit is inderdaad een charmant huis uiterst geschikt voor families.
Ons gezelschap kon samen maar toch ook apart zeer goed verblijven in de villa, de aparte slaapkamer en het separate gastenverblijf. Heerlijke veranda om samen te komen, lekker zwembad en goede buitenkeuken. Veel speelgoed voor de kinderen. De aanwezigheid van de tram voor de deur is heel handig. Zeer behulpzame beheerders.

Lovely Holiday
We have had a wonderful holiday. We spent all the days in the pool or sitting around the large outdoor spaces. You could always find plenty of shade or sun depending on your preference. The layout of the villa suited our 3 generation family perfectly. Three separate sleeping areas and a large communal living area. (The smallest triple room is very small for 3 people) Every evening we caught the tram, literally from the end of the road! Always bang on time, quarter to or quarter past the hour. Went into El Campello most eves. Lovely promenade to stroll along and loads of nice restaurants and ice cream shops. As mentioned by other people, some areas of the villa are tired, but there was everything you needed there. The only other thing that was a bit of a challenge for us were the stairs up to the villa. A hand rail would have made it feel so much safer for our youngest and oldest members. As I said at the beginning of this review though, we have had a wonderful time at Casa Perleta.

Isolated retreat, fantastic outdoor space and pool
We had a fabulous 2 weeks in this villa in Cala Piteres, Peter and Elena the hosts are very responsive, were super helpful and assisted with a couple of queries straight away. The Villa is a little tired and needs some restoration, however I would say this is very reflective on the price. The outdoor space is brilliant, we loved the Bar and huge outdoor fridge, the pool is a great size and deep, plenty of space to sunbathe, the bedrooms are great sizes and beds very comfortable. Huge bonus is the air conditioning and the Wifi with both being perfect. The Tram on the doorstep is so useful, we visited Altea, Benidorm, El Campello and Alicante so easily. The listing does need some updating there are 4 bathrooms not 5 as stated, no swings, the garden needs some care as quite overgrown in places. The lisitng would really benefit from a floor plan as the main villa has only 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Having said that I would return here again as it was a real place to relax and have fun with friends and family.

Pleasant stay
The villa n beds are comfortable and have e erything to hand. Peta was on hand when needed within the hour of calling. Pool was fantastic. Tram was brilliant get the travel card each from supermarket on arrival so cheap. Would be much easier to access if a hand rail on steps to villa was fitted eed.some hooks shelves in guest house that sleeps 3. Could do with hand rails to hold in shower to assist getting in and out. A covered area near the main gate would be handy for leaving pushchairs under rather than carrying all way up to get under cover. Holes in mosquito nets would be better replaced with new as mozies ate us alive at night. Definitely need striped tape along adge of all the steps because very mu h trip hazard on the villa level especially at night. Could do with new swing seats as none on the swing at all. Pool table or table rennis or both would be lovely. But overall ok b Value for money

- Home is conveniently located across (a dog mess-filled) road from the tram stop which has many stops along all the Costa Blanca and connects up with transport to the airport. - Local airport transfer service can easily be arranged online. - Outdoor areas were very ample for our large group - Swimming pool very clean - Nice BBQ and ‘bar’ facilities along with a large-capacity sliding top lid beverage cooler - Plenty of toys and games for young children - Many clothes drying lines - Plenty of hot water and pressure. - Two very large outdoor eating tables - Quiet area (a bit secluded) - Yes, a ‘beach’ is a 10 min downhill walk away..it is a very small rocky cove (with high probability of being inundated with seaweed). - Closest amenities are a couple of good restaurants at the top of steep hill. All others require transportation. - Trash and recycling bins up a hill - Pictures better than reality: o Door to one of the bathrooms in the lower annexed bedrooms does not close properly plus it is right at the heads of the two beds. Very tight room. o Room with a 120cm bed and a 80 cm bed in the upper annexed building has one very tiny window and other ventilation is through the door which has a secure gated door which allows for ventilation while keeping room locked. Bathroom is right at the head of the beds. o Two bedrooms in the second lower annexed building only has a window in the bathrooms. Both of the two bedrooms have sliding glass doors which have no way of being securely locked if needing more ventilation. In other words, for ventilation, it’s either sunlight and unlocked doors or a locked closed room with A/C or a bathroom window. o Many steep stairs up to the rooms & main house. - Many things require up-keep and updating, including:  A/C units are very mildewed and dirty inside and outside. Owners claim that issue along with one of the remote controls will be fixed as of November 2022, once there are no occupants.  Children swings and sunbeds are splintered or cracked  Outdoor seating cushions are very worn and mildewed.  Indoor refrigerator is small and falling apart inside. Only one small freezer. Very thankful for the large outdoor refrigerator.  Living room has limited comfortable seating for a large group plus it’s quite dark.  Holes in the bug screens in main house’s windows (many mosquitos).  Dishwasher does not dissolve detergent capsule  Stench under kitchen sink  Bird poop pile on outside ‘living’ area furniture

Great place for an informal family holiday
Petar was a great host. The property was perfect for our needs. 2 mins walk to the tram for both Alicante or Benidorm. Not much in the immediate vicinity but that suited us. We couldnt keep the kids out of the pool. We had a fabulois time. Thank you Petar.

Schönes Feriendomizil
Wir waren 10 Personen und haben 2 Wochen in der Casa Perleta genossen. Der Außenbereich ist sehr schön, toller Pool und große schattige Veranda. Es gibt keine direkten Nachbarn. Petar und Elena sind sehr hilfsbereit, wir konnten sie jederzeit anrufen. Das Haus ist nicht neu und in manchen Bereichen etwas abgewohnt, aber insgesamt sauber. Die Lage ist gut, Anbindung durch die S-Bahn direkt vor dem Haus, trotzdem ist ein Auto hilfreich.

Muy cómoda para pasar una semana familiar con niños pequeños
Es una casa muy cómoda para pasar una semana o más en familia, tiene 5 habitaciones, el aire acondicionado es fundamental y funcionaba en todas las estancias, piscina bien cuidada, grande y cómoda, zona de barbacoa y estancias fuera de la casa muy completas con diferentes ambientes, no se te hace monótono porque puedes estar en varios sitios de la casa. Mi valoración es buena en general. Por otro lado, es una casa sin grandes lujos, pondría un par de sombrillas más en la zona de piscina para proteger del sol, sabanas blancas y toallas blancas y más nuevas, daría mejor sensación de limpieza.

Holiday at Villa Perleta
The villa is very big 7 of us went so plenty of room the furniture is a bit worn we did have a issue with cleaning during covid which was quickly seen to by Petar and Elana .This is a very quite location you do not need a car as the tram is 2to3 minutes walk away we found the best for us was the swimming pool and the barbecue .Colin, Tina and Family

Fantastic holidayhouse.
We had a lovely holiday in Petar’s house. It is a lovely holiday home with plenty of space for family holidays. the host was very helpful and could be contacted at any time. The convenience does not get better, it was easy with tram to everything, shopping, beaches and the surrounding towns. There was quiet and a nice view. We enjoyed being able to grill and have fun at the house and there was walking distance to the restaurant. We would definitely recommend renting this house, would very much like to come back another time.

Great holiday
Peta was extremely helpful. Our flight was delayed so we didn’t arrive until late. We had 10 hungry people so Peta took my son and grandson to the local restaurant to collect some pizza. Some parts of the villa are a bit tired. However, the pool was amazing. The outside kitchen with the paella dish was used a lot. We cooked all sorts in it. It was great having 3 separate sleeping areas. No car needed as the tram line was so close. It ran every half an hour so we didn’t have to wait long in the heat. A lot of steps up to the villa and pool. Really quiet area just what we wanted. Great holiday.

The ideal place for a relaxing holiday
We all really enjoyed our stay at Casa Perleta. The villa is so peaceful and tranquil, with plenty of space for the entire family. We spent most of our time beside the pool making the most of the beautiful Spanish sunshine. The tram across the road connects the villa to the bigger town of El Campello and allows you to have the facilities of a bigger town and the peacefulness of a small village. Purchasing a tram card makes travel very easy and simple. Petar was very attentive and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed ( including a much appreciated early check in) and popped by during the week to make sure we were all ok. We enjoyed every minute of our holiday and look forward to visiting again.

Really enjoyable stay and great value for money. We all had a comfortable and fun time
The property is a little dated in places but very clean and has every thing you need. The pool and outdoor cooking are are great fun. The large outdoor covered patio/eating area are great for family meals and relaxing. 2/3 minutes walk to the tram so you don't need to use a car if you don't want to. But there are lots of interesting places to visit near by if you like exploring by car. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to questions and requests. Highly recommend for family groups who want to spend time together and chill.

Ideal for large groups of all ages.
The four generations who stayed were all very happy with the fact that the bedrooms were in three separate buildings and there were numerous outside spaces to play/relax. The youngest was 4 years old and enjoyed the large stock of toys provided. The fully tiled pool was excellent and large enough for everyone to use. The air conditioning was a boon as the weather was consistently in the low 30s. Petar responded quickly to any query we had. The tram was an excellent form of transport just a few minutes walk from the house. We did not have a car. The house did not have any immediate neighbours which meant we were never disturbed. We all had an enjoyable, relaxing holiday.

Great location for a family holiday
We had a great holiday at the Villa with everything you could want for a family holiday. It was so near the tram stop so no car was required and the children had hours of fun in the pool. Petar the owner popped in to clean the pool and fill it up over the holiday and was alway cheerful and helpful. Tried to book for next year but already full a great place to stay for a restful family holiday.

Great, practical stay - lovely pool and outdoor stay!
Great house and friendly and easy going host. Loved that the house had three separate buildings. Good barbecue area and out door chill out section. Tons of toys, two baby cribs and high chair for the kids (we had 2 toddlers and ond 4-year-old). If we go back we won't rent a car - it is so close to the tram which is super convenient. If you cook a lot like us the kitchen is not so big and not so well equipped either but it is fully functional. The dish washer had seen better days but worked if you did not pack it too full. All in all we would not hesitate for a second to go back!

Charming villa, great spot near the tram
The host/owners were absolutely lovely they did everything they could to make our stay effortless, including a little welcome basket on arrival. Good villa had everything you needed, and a beautiful pool. Great local if you want to use the tram. Would I good back? For sure didn't want to leave.

Great place for a family holiday!
We had a fantastic stay at Casa Perleta. The welcome was great and we were provided with water, milk and snacks on arrival which saved us an immediate visit to the shops! There were 9 of us staying at the villa and at no point did we feel overcrowded as there was so much space. The pool area was used the most during our stay and there were plenty of loungers and seating outside, including a huge table outside in the shade which we used for eating our meals. The main house consists of two double bedrooms, a lounge with dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Then there was a separate building with a triple room and ensuite bathroom and finally the guesthouse which has two double rooms, each that has its own bathroom. It was in a perfectly peaceful area, with the Cala Piteres tram station just opposite taking 2 mins to walk to. The tram was easy to use and took us one way to Alicante and the other way to Benidorm, reasonably priced and frequent. All in all the greatest place to stay for a peaceful break but close enough to get to the more lively areas. We hope to return in a couple of years.

Nice place
Nice place with three separate houses with many bedrooms and bathrooms. Perfect for big family (up to eleven persons). Great service, the owner was waiting for us although we were late (2.30 am). Great pool and outdoor area with room for all of us. Train to Benidorm, Alicante or El Campello just outside the housenfor easy transportation. The "street" outside the house is not in best shape. Be sure to have your rental car insured!
