Modern Villa Olivia offers stunning views of the sea and coastline, stretching from El Campello to Alicante.

The entrance is located on the first floor, leading to a spacious living-dining area with an open-plan kitchen, guest toilet, and porch.

The first floor features three bedrooms (Beds: 150 x 200 cm, 180 x 200 cm, 180 x 190 cm), two bathrooms, and a terrace.

On the ground floor, there is a guest studio with a bedroom (Bed: 150 x 200 cm), sofa bed, and bathroom, as well as a garage for two cars that includes a billiard and table tennis area.

Air conditioning is provided in all bedrooms and the living area. Towels, bed linen, and beach towels are included, and high chairs and baby cots are available free of charge upon request. The swimming pool can be heated during the winter season for 180€/week (approx. 30 °C).

With four bedrooms, the villa comfortably accommodates 10 guests; two additional beds can be requested at 90€/unit, per stay, allowing for up to 12 guests in total.
