Een ruim huis met een geweldig uitzicht op de baai van San Francisco

Kom genieten van een zonsondergang in Californië op het dek en kijk in de barnsteen Mount Tamalpaise en San Francisco, of ontspan in de privé aangelegde voortuin in een rustige chique buurt. Volledig ingerichte ruime woning. Ideaal voor een groot gezin van maximaal acht. Hier zijn een paar van de functies en locatie:
Een woning van 3 BR 2 BA (2000 sq. Ft./186 m). Twee kamers hebben een queensize bed en de derde heeft een tweepersoonsbed. Het is geschikt voor maximaal 8 (6 in bedden 2 op volledige grootte futon). Dicht bij BART (trein naar SF) (1,6 km), Berkeley (13 km), San Francisco (29 km) en Napa (30 km). Ruim, schoon en gezinsvriendelijk. Dicht bij restaurants en gezinsvriendelijke activiteiten, waaronder gratis toegang tot meerdere tennisbanen. Mijn plaats is geweldig voor koppels en gezinnen (met kinderen). Dicht bij Wild Cat Canyon Park (1 km) en Tilden Park (1 1/2 km). Mijn favoriete Natural Grocery Store en Food Annex ligt op slechts 3 mijl afstand. Bekijk hun papa's kardemomijs. Een food super store (Safeway) is binnen een mijl. Mijn huis heeft alle basisvoorzieningen die u nodig heeft, waaronder internettoegang (wifi), rechtstreekse tv met 250 kanalen. Keuken heeft wat je normaal gesproken nodig hebt om te koken en voor te bereiden op je familie en gasten. Voldoende hotel-standaard schone handdoeken en beddengoed. Er zijn in-house moderne wasmachine en droger.

Ik streef ernaar om mijn huis aangenaam en gastvrij te maken. Mijn gasten zien vertrekken met een brede glimlach is mijn doel.

Our family of five (adult kids) thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The listing was accurate with an open floor plan, clean home, and spaces to gather, inside and out. The neighborhood was quiet, complete with a local market within walking distance. We would highly recommend this property! Fassil was great to check in with. Thank you!

We would definitely stay here again. It was quiet, convenient and clean. Close to BART, the Berkeley campus and multiple hiking trails in a wonderful park. The hosts provided a lot of useful information and were very responsive.

It was everything we needed and more. The courtyard and deck gave us options to enjoy the sunshine and incredible views and the spacious and comfy configuration allowed us to both catch up and find time and space for occasional calls that required time away from the group. The hosts were quick to answer questions and provide details we missed.

The view is spectacular and the home has plenty of room for family gatherings. The kitchen is well appointed and worked perfectly for our thanksgiving dinner for our family of 8. The dining room sat our entire family perfectly. The beds are comfortable and the neighborhood is upscale and quiet at night. The host was very responsive to any and all questions and concerns. The only drawbacks are the water pressure and the lack of much hot water in the showers. The showering was a challenge to say the least. If this issue is addressed we would return again and again.

The Condo was Beautiful with 2 gorgeous super comfortable living rooms, 3 bedrooms with windows that could open, 2 bathrooms and a wonderful spacious kitchen and 2 eating areas. We loved the super comfortable sofas and the large screen T.V. The Deck overlooked the Bay, Mt. Tam and San Francisco and the Bay Bridge and Golden Gate Bridge It was Stunning! There was a lovely patio with a grill in the front and the living room doors opened to it. We felt like we were in someone's beautiful home. El Cerrito was a beautiful and safe area with lovely homes everywhere.There were security cameras on the condo and house lights popped on as we entered the driveway. Fassil was a wonderful host who answered our questions immediately. We can't wait to return the next time we visit our daughter who is Veterinarian in Berkeley. This is truly a Home away from Home! Thank You! Thank You! for a Marvelous Stay!!

We thought the home was warm and welcoming and had 2 living rooms .. the beautiful view and vista is wonderful and brings light into the home .. There is a romantic patio garden that hearkens to Morocco and I loved sitting there ..

The views were great and we enjoyed this lovely home which accommodated all our needs. We were there for a family reunion and this home was located in between two family member's homes making it a great location betweem Albany and El Sobrante. We would definitely seek out this home again when visiting the bay area.

We rented the VRBO for about a week for the college graduation of our daughter. Location of the house is in a quiet and picturesque neighborhood. House is clean and has 3 good sized bedrooms. Host response time for any email query was prompt. I would not hesitate to go back if an opportunity arose.

Everything fine. Very clean. Quote neighborhood. Water pressure low as pretty much on top of the hills but a spectacular view from master bedroom and balcony. This rental is for the top floor of the building, there is someone living in the lower floor but as build on a hill you still have a yard to the front side and a spectacular balcony view from the backside (SFO skyline and golden gate bridge).

The house was great, a good location and wonderful location to all things the Bay area has to offer. The bedrooms were good size as were all the rooms. It was nice to be up in the hills and have great views of the Bay & city. Fassil was a wonderful host, he brought us a rolling pin as we wanted to make Xmas cookies and a CD player! We cooked a lot and the kitchen was very well equipped. The Grocery Outlet store had great prices and was nearby. We would definitely stay again - we loved San Francisco!

Our family took a trip to visit the Bay Area, and we were very excited when we arrived at this home. The view off of the balcony at the rear of the house is beautiful. Our host was so helpful and gave us tips on how to get around while we were visiting. The home was well taken care of, and all the items needed for our stay were in place when we arrived. Check in was very simple, as was checking out when we had to start on our way back home. I would recommend this home, and host to anyone thinking about visiting San Francico

Struttura carina, bagni da rivedere ( poca acqua dai rubinetti) camere vecchiotte ma comunque tutto molto pulito. La casa è ben collegata con la città attraverso la Bart che comunque dista circa 3 km. Nessun supermercato raggiungibile a piedi se non un piccolo market molto caro a circa 500 metri

Fassil was a great, responsive host. We rented the upstairs portion of the house which we liked very much. It's quite scenic to overlook the bay. I'd definitely stay here again. One thing- we couldn't use more than one appliance in the kitchen at the same time as that would cause a circuit overload. Overall the house is maintained well.

Comfortable house with everything we needed for a long weekend in the Bay Area. The furniture and the beds were comfortable.
