When I asked for a place to do the laundry, they said they could take my clothes and wash them for me!! The kitchen is also well equipped so you can make your own food and the staff is flexible to provide extra blankets or delay check out slightly. Good rooms with a good amount of space.'

'The host is the most wonderful person. Her kindness alone is the reason to choose this place. I had some significant flight delays and she accommodated me without hesitation (differently from expedia itself which proved to be unhelpful). 'Mysig boende med mycket bra läge i Pucón. Bra service med trevlig personal. Frukosten var bra med goda frallor och äggröra. Fanns även nescafe och enklare kök att tillgå med kyl/frys, kökstillbehör och micro. Rummen var något små men annars ingenting att klaga på. Rekommenderar varmt detta stället. '

'It was a beautiful experience. First of all, location is very good, just few walks from grocery market, 2 blocks from the center of Pucon. If you are arriving earlier, make sure to call ahead so someone can open you the door. They also have a common lobby and kitchen so you can stay longer after checking out until your departure. '

'The hotel is very comfortable in the centre of Pucon but just outside the restaurant area so no sound at all. Safe area. Very comfi, big beds, good shower. Breakfast is excellent and service great.
