'There are both great and not-so-great things to say here… All the staff was friendly but they did have a lack of communication regarding an early checkin that we had requested. They sincerely apologized but it was frustrating because we ended up having to change for a funeral in the lobby bathrooms. The room was nice and clean but the bed was not at all comfortable.
